Devin is the only vocalist that attempts to go high like on the albums and succeeds.
I give him major props and he's an amazing vocalist. I don't give a fuck what people say, it's hard to go up on stage and jump around and catch your breath to hit those notes. He's just incredible.

HOLY SHIT! 13:40 Zach Johnson was singing & it sounded great!
to pull off those extreme screams he does... high fry's, mid/yells, low gutterals & even some slamming ultra-gutturals, ZachyJ is IMO the best screaming vocalist in the genre because of his wide range as well as his consistency to perform them almost perfectly live 95% of their shows. the dude rarely has a bad day unlike a lot of his vocalist peers.... but then to go straight into clean singing is NOT easy. props

he used to sing live thru an antares pedal for everything back when they were local. they thought it sounded rad. called it t-paincore. no jokes. when they recorded 3d they stopped using it

It's true, he does NOT use auto tune or any form of it. People that believe he does are just jealous because he has not hit puberty and probably never will.

Mreli1988 I'm just gonna guess you've never listened to Periphery. Seriously, check them out. For Periphery II, the guy didn't use any pitch correction or anything, you can tell. He's amazing. I'd love to hear him work with pretty much any band on this planet.

Devin has sung alot better but he still gave all his fans a great show and had fun and there sound is different but its awesome so people should accept they have dubstep and shush already. Because they were amazing still even if his voice was a bit off but there still great!!!

in bigger bands it is to change the tuning, some bands change their tuning after producing multiple albums. I'm not sure with ISS are changing them, maybe just to show them off?
