I reinstalled it like not even exaggerating like 30 times and it wasnt working haha I'm just happy we have it going now because now i can show better graphics when we do content! w00t w00t! Hi Fice Gaming - i ran into this problem earlier this week and have been struggling to get PP launcher and Raid working for the last like 4 days. I send reports and pp_log.files to Plarium support and they responded with get a VPN (not doing that right now), and make sure i have other things properly updated and installed. I did all of that. I uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times, still same problem.. click play, pending, running, back to play and nothing happens. It finally occurred to me to check my firewall and found at least 50+ copies of Raid Shadow Legends there. So I googled how to solve that but found your vid. I followed your steps carefully, did the regedit delete thing, also reset my firewall settings, and yup. Got it to work! So just wanted to say thanks so much :) aaaand no thanks to Plarium haha.

I did the delete everything and stuff but I did it on the same drive and it did not work but did it again on a different drive and it worked so looks like the difference drive is the main issue... Thanks for the video!!
What if it doesn't load on my android phone but it plays on bluestacks which is pc and I've already uninstalled the game twice. It's just stuck in sign in

Hello I have a problem and maybe somebody can help me, it consists in that when trying to execute the raid shadow legends I get an error message which says it could not be executed because it could not find this file "AkSoundEngine.dll" I followed the guidelines of the forums but nothing as a result someone has an idea of a solution thanks.
I keep getting a message on my Mac telling me "the installer found an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer. Has anyone had this problem as well? If so did anyone manage to solve it?
The game is running fine for me but won't stream through obs? Any tips past display capture? I tried display capture and it looked horrendous! Hard to have people believe there are good graphics when the screen looks 8 bit through the live cast!

Make sure to keep hitting F3 to view and delete ALL Plarium related registry entries. Also I went through and looked for any Raid Shadow Legends references in the registry...just for the sake of being complete.

Except this does not help for me. I have done these steps (even prior to your video) multiple times. It just DOES not start from Plarium launcher. Loads up to like 98% shows a status message "Entering the realm of Teleria" and I get the eternal blue spinner circle on top right corner... I sent a support ticked, got a response that I should install some funky VPN service for me, but why the hell... I have same Internet connection (WIFI) from my mobile phone and Raid works well. Funny enough, if I load my Android emulator (LDPlayer 4) on my PC then Raid works like a charm, but I would love to play the native, not emulated version on my Windows PC...

I did everything, deleted everything in regedit, uninstalled everything, restarted a milion times, it wont even let me install raid anywhere on any hard drive... this is madness. i am now just doing a factory reset to my laptop. shrug, hopefully that works.

Worst game I ever tried to play on desktop. Seriously. It freezes on mode selection screen and it's perpetually downloading something that slows eveything down. Works on phone but DO NOT DOWNLOAD FOR PC.

Just check if your Username has no spaces in it! If it dose just uninstal and move to other location on the same or different drive.
