I had the same problem with the Y axis rollers on my Ender 3 Max I bought a couple of years ago - it looks like its a problem they haven't addressed. In my case I didn't realize it was something wrong at first so the rollers took a llot of wear, and the problem "went away". (I actually didn't see any problems in the prints) However the rollers will need replacing and I'm debating if I can afford to replace with linear rails or some other solution, or just replace the rollers. To be fair, the rollers work really well for anything I do, especially since the E3 Max is slow anyway due to its large print bed.
If you didn't have any problems in print quality, I would just replace the rollers. I was impressed how accurate my bed was using properly adjusted rollers.
I've recently bought a creality ender-3 neo 3d printer. The most difficult part for me is learning the programs.
I agree. My background was with 2D CAD. 3D CAD took an entire shift in my paradigm. Good luck!
