The one thing got my attention in this game: it allows you to adjust sound at first launch before music could destroy your ears. I wish other developers used this practice.
And it starts with music playing so you can get a sense of where you'd like the volume to be, while starting at zero volume, so there's no chance of any unintended ear destruction, even if briefly.
Hey RCE, Breaking the core unlocks higher Prestige levels for the planet, blocks have higher health but gives you more resources. Challenges on the other hand unlock after you break the first core on the planet(Top Left of the screen when you select a planet) and you can do the same challenges once on every Prestige level and they give you permanent bonuses for that planet and they stack and are active even if you turn the Challenges OFF.... so even with just Prestige 2-3 with the Challenge bonuses for each of those levels you will be raking in ridiculous amounts of resources compared to if you are just grinding the Prestige 1-2 rank on the planet AND you will be doing like 2-3x more damage which just makes it so much faster to drill. Probably not an exaggeration to say that I could have saved myself hours of grinding if I had figured out how these worked from the start.
Unconsciously creating the strongest shape while mining 😂 it's only a matter of time until the entire galaxy is covered in schweens Can't wait for the mods that make the planets into the shape of a safety hat or paddy's head
@@SparxI0same, it's a really good game, but gets simple quickly. Spent 25 minutes on endless doing nothing because I was a little too strong after about 1hr of play
@@clashhoyland9583 I did the same thing, sat on endless (easy mode) for about 45 minutes farming resources. But then once you prestige it gets pretty crazy - you get into the billion percent difficulty multipliers (and probably even higher)
This is indeed a really weird planet. One would assume the iron layer to be deeper since iron has a higher density than silicon or aluminium at the same temperature and pressure conditions.
well in later levels one of the strongest material found near the center of a planet is... clay. this game makes no sense realistically but that doesn't really matter does it ?
@wiirawiira if you do a little bit of research, you will find out that the common british accent was developed in the 1800s by rich people. Americans don't speak like that because we left before it developed and spread around the country. My American accent is correct. You are just a douche

If you like seeing numbers going up, you might enjoy Antimatter Dimensions... Not particularly video friendly (at all), but you might just wanna give it a go!
I'm so here for more of this game. The more you enjoy playing it, the more fun it is to watch! Plus, well, numbers into bigger numbers. That laser is SO fun, and if this is just level 1-2 planets, what toys will you get further on?!
Thee best way to intro a game. "So, warning this game is addicting. I was doing a little trial and i looked down, and I've already been playing it for an hour. " 😂😂 i paused to write this.
Couple funny thoughts: The silicone should be the first layer, it is lighter than iron. The surface of Earth, IE the crust, is mostly silicone. Also, fun fact, the moon is mostly silicone too because it is the remains of a planetoid that was slightly smaller than mars slamming into the Earth in the early days blowing off much of the surface at the time. That is the most accepted theory atm.
Day twenty one of asking Matt to add the Second Narrows Bridge, Ironworkers Memorial to the Wheel of Bridgetune It is a cantilevered truss bridge, carrying 6 lanes of traffic from Vancouver to North Vancouver in B.C. across the second narrowing of the Burrard Inlet. It's name comes from the fact that it collapsed twice during construction, which unalived 23 people in total (Hence the name, ironworkers memorial).
this is the Engineerers dream: destroing a planet and its inhabitants using a exploding drill machine vehicle that penetrates the planet, and collects the contents in it.
He always said "Aluminium" which would be the right gammar for the German form. It would be interessting to know why a former Engineer calls that like that and not "Aluminum"😅
After extensive research, I have determined fuel is synonymous with health in this game... The health bar referenced here is actually just a visual indicator of fuel level.
This game and many of the others you make videos for are amazing. I watched this video for 30 seconds and went to buy the game lol. Also loving Babel Tower.
@Realcivilengineer As a geologist, loving that you're playing it. Not to be that guy though, but why is the silicon below iron?
