Those the wrong lug nuts for those wheels, those wheels dont use acorn style nuts they use the one that recesses into the rim with a washer, the lug nut washer keep the cap in place
wily5385 It’s current setup I’m not completely sure what brand the spindles and springs up front are. I do know the rear is a bell tech flip kit with shackles. Monster notch was done local by Saul Castaneda. And the gooseneck design was done by the billet stop.

Yes, swapped all the suspension from a dually onto this truck.
It started off as a RCSB 1500.

Thanks, I have same model just is long bed ,the bed on your truck is custom short bed or is original, my is single cab 454 but is long bed
wily5385 It’s a fleetside short bed with dually flares. It does have a custom one of one gas cap that’s molded to fit in the flare.
