A real estate broker is required to have a high school diploma and has to pass certification courses to be licensed. Starting salaries can be as high as $43,000 and increase quickly with experience.
    Financial analysts can start at $56,000. The job means interpreting the financial state of a business or potential investment - basically someone to help break down the numbers for their client. The job requires a bachelor’s degree in the field of economics or finance. Additional certifications can advance your career and earn a wage of $83,000. The numbers don’t lie - finance pays.
    Careers in nursing are rewarding in more ways than one. Nurses care for patients in health care facilities and can earn quite a bit doing so -
    Registered Nurses make an average entry-level salary of $64,000. RNs require an associate or bachelor’s degree in addition to passing the NCLEX exam for a state license. Once licensed, nurses can earn credentials in specialty areas such as cardiology or pediatrics.
