Great video! I need to change the LCD screen on the Mini r58 Display. The original multimedia center works perfectly, but the screen is very scratched. There are several 6.5 inch screens on the market to replace mine, they say they are from the Mini but they don't know how to confirm if they fit on my car, they ask me to remove the part and tear off the screen so they can see, but I don't want to touch that beforehand. of having the part to replace. Can you help me find (by sending me the link) the correct screen for my Mini Cooper Coupé 2014 R58?
@@goautosound1 The problem is that I can only find certainty on the R56 screen, the R58 Coupé and the R59 Roadster have not been dismantled, so check. My car has not been dismantled, but I will change the leather seats that are already worn out and I would take the opportunity to change the screen, you can't keep dismantling the car and run the risk of something breaking, especially since who will do the service It will be a workshop in my country.
@@goautosound1 Germans over-engineer and don't consider the aftermarket... finding out how painful that is for my 2016.. Thank you for this tutorial! Btw, were there any issues w/ pairing your phone or playing music through the phone? I can't get mine to play via BT which is why I'm searching for something like this.

Most of the mini uses the same monitor .The best bet is to remove the monitor and match the part number

@Mike-dr8wx the bt on car will not play music, so you may consider using fm modulator for sound
