An excellent interview. For us, the gem is in the last few minutes, where the change in relationships and perceived 'reality' is broadly applied outside the initial example.
Ed is always again a pleasure to listen to. So many parallel paths with my own journey of life if looked at a deeper look. Glad to have met him last year together with AbielGuerra and AlexandraGrandpierre at his workshop on Cap Cod.
This is a lovely, lovely book that Mr. Schein has written. And it describes all the skills and the process of professional coaching (or a coach approach to leadership). I am wondering if he has heard of this 20+ year old profession?
Very timely in a world that is increasingly complex and multicultural. Very on point
