I ordered this bad bitch off of Kowkis yesterday, and yeah. This is the MUTO figure I've dreamt of since 2014. God I love HIYA so much.
Entertainment earth has the muto for 40$ cheaper
@@Deinowharf EE still has like the entire hiya line on preorder rn it will be a very long time before they have them it seems. And kowkis is weird like the closer an item gets to being out of stock they raise the price they do kinda suck on that aspect but I’ve had good experiences with them shipping wise and all that.

I love how hiya design their figures, we can actually “play” with them and don’t have to worry too much they’re gonna break if you pose them for too long (the mothra emerald ver is a great example, they did change her abdomen from ball joint to a stiff joint to be more safe. I’m gonna get rodan fire born ver next month 😊) 🔥🦋

Bro that's what I've been saying across other people's reviews on the muto. I think they'll do a recolor of the female muto. However I don't think they'll make it light up, I do think they'll make it blacklight. And I think an accessory should be the eggs after she lays them.
Also when they do the male muto, I think they should give him a nuke as an accessory. (The one he give to the female during the nest making scene)

so from what ive done the egg male muto from 2014 (i dont think they make it anymore i had gotten it when i was younger) goes well in size comparison and feels right for a male muto figure to make the original couple together again
Articulation is very important for me because I’m a kid and I play with every Godzilla I buy as toys. Sometimes they break but I’m gentle with them.

The hiya Godzilla 2014 being smaller does make sense with the 2019 Godzilla being taller than the 2014 one
Genuinely how does your muto have such smooth leg articulation? Mine doesn't, and when I pop them off, I see the ball on the joint has lots of nubs on it.

At last. We finally have a female Muto figure!!! All we need now is the male! Seeing a queen Muto and Muto Prime would be EPIC too!
Hopefully this figure will be available at G-fest 2024 because female Muto looks so good in the sculpt and articulation and it’s the only articulated Female Muto figure in the market with an adorable price. Also I count 3 or 4 mommy jokes in this video.

Not many people know this but Bandai actually did an Fe and male Muto. It wasn’t part of SHMA though
Eehhhh "articulated" is a bit of a stretch. They were more like, statue figures that happened to have some swiveling joints because of how they were constructed.
Finally, a proper Muto action figure and she looks so good plus I wanna get the 2019 Barb because she has a nice design.

After seeing this review and rewatching G14 I can now see why people wanted and waited patiently for a MUTO figure
Ha... and then the 1-2 months wait due to international shipping. I'm highly impressed with the articulation. I'm sure had SHMA made this it'll have the same range, but they'll use full dumbell joint or something that just adds the production cost while not really giving a good range of articulation due to sculpt. I really love Hiya and Neca for their effective use of joints. My god I recall my SHMA got too much joint when I disassemble them but those joints can't be use to its full potential. While the same range could easily be replicated by a single long dumbell joint or hinge + swivel. Considering TAS and MM would argue the number of parts is what makes SHMA more expensive (and sharpness of the surface detail, I suppose... and Yuji Sakai), imo they could've been cheaper had SHMA got more effective joints usage like Hiya. Beautiful figure right here.
I really wanted some goji figs to get with my b Day money and to start a collection. I searched around, and Hiya toys are the only option for me as im shopping in $NZD, so the price on SHMA figures is just too much compared to Hiya for me.
(Tbh, even if they were the same price, I would still buy Hiya in some cases)

Ya know muto being somewhat smaller then 6 fits inline with the monsterverse line with the exception of skull island creatures
And a cool thing is that godzilla 2014 is 6 inches so its inscale with the 2014 movie size

You know its about time a femuto figure gets released because there was never a decent muto figure, there was that one time bandai made a special release figures of both mutos but the price was such a dealbreaker. Very happy HIYA legit finally gave us an actual good muto figure, worth the wait.
