Hi Travis, I love your videos and i have started amazon 5 months ago and with my first product i started getting sales, £400 on average and after i ran out of stock and go restocked the sales on 2nd day was abou £1,000 and than some company reported on my product and i got patent infringement and after providing all the legal documents amazon still didn't took this matter seriously, I have watched nearly all your video including 2 long one 8 hours+. Could you please make a video on all these legal things that we need to look at before listing the product as a private label. And i'm thinking to join your course as you said in your videos that we can talk 1v1. Please let me know your honest opinion what to do. I'll be waiting for your response Thanks
@@TravisMarziani We have an existing listing and we're currently revising it as well as adding 4 new variations. Main issue we're trying to tackle is regaining our old ranking before we ran out of stock on certain SKUs. Keyword Tracker on Helium is very useful for keeping on top of this. Also Cerebro has helped us re-prioritise the keywords we would like to rank for. My only criticism of Helium 10 is that the Diamond subscription doesn't tell you how many sales a particular ASIN gets from specific keywords - I was really hoping this would be a feature but I can't find it anywhere. Helium 10 only tells you the ranking you have on those keywords and then total sales across all keywords.
Don't sugar coat how much you'll make. Saying you have 100k in sales is NOT profit. Newsies make that mistake all the time and youtubers like to throw around big numbers.

It is possible but I'm really not a huge fan of private label. Have you thought of creating your own product instead?
