Still, I more blame her creator rather than the girl.they created something for their own entertainment but doesn't think consequences of what their are doing, so both of them get their own fruit of karma because of their irresponsible act

Still no point. An ai is an ai, why tf would they feel guilty. Just like u said, she ACTS human, not FEELS like a human. She didn't often forget that she was an ai, there was no ai or humans to her. this is the best wonder egg amv i’ve ever seen. frill was never a villain, she was a young girl literally programmed by her fathers to be the way she is. they couldn’t handle the fallout of what they do callously created and punished her for it instead of helping her like they should a really daughter. frill was the first victim of the accas and from there she went on to take the life of himari and all the other egg girls in retaliation for what she suffered at their hands. the accas know they’re wrong, they even openly state that the girls would never fight for them if they knew the trusty about frill. the fact that the anime frames frill for everything and the accas as a helpless side party rubs me the wrong way. frill wasn’t right to kill azusa, but she’s a child, she was programmed by her “fathers” to be the way that she is, and instead of tending to her emotional needs like a true parent should they neglected her on favor of a new woman and a new daughter.
There was no proof that they neglected her. The only time that we see Frill be neglected is after she killed Azusa. The code for Frill was designed after the ideals that a father would want a daughter to have. But not to kill innocent people.

I haven't watched the show but, based on this edit I feel so bad for the ginger girl. I saw some people saying "she's evil" but I don't really see her as evil. She was brought to life as an experiment plus she just looks so innocent. Until she went from being the center of her father's attention to having to share that attention with another person. Then her jealousy extended to her killing her father's wife (or girlfriend?) and her unborn child. Which of course is extremely wrong but in my opinion her father was the evil one not her. I don't understand the whole second half with the other girl but, that's all that I took from this.
Well, she is supposed to be a tragic villain, but it's not like there had to be only one villain in a story. The creature of Frankenstein had a tragic backstory but to kill the doctor's family was definitely evil, it isn't "not evil" only because dr Frankenstein was an asshole who created/abandoned him. This "this character I like is automatically excused of everything if I can pin the moral blame on someone else" attitude is worrying, like the point was just to have someone to take accountable, I mean more people can be in the wrong at the same time. And someone could say, it's easy to be all sweet and happy when everything is going your way. In this story i'm blaming both parts. (Spoilers ahead). The Acca's made Frill (the orange hair girl) to be the perfect daughter and give her anything she wanted, regardless of the cost. She never knew about boundaries, and then, one day, one of her fathers was taken away from her to have a wife and another daughter (saying this from her perspective). She started to get less attention and this incentivated her jealousy. As she lost one of her father to another daughter, she decided to get rid of her while she was still on the womb. That killed the woman, but not the daughter, so, Frill manipulated the daughter years later when was founded by her on the underground. That's why Frill got all that things to watch other girls life. Then, after spending more and more time with her, Frill influenced the daughter to commit suicide (i'm making an assumption here) because she cant be with her uncle in a romantic way. She wasnt the only girl to suicide under Frill influence. The girls that showed on the end were friends with other girls that suicided under Frills influence. Now, to clarify. Why i said that the daughter wanted her uncle in a romantic way? The lips thing that Frill and she do it's a thing they do whenever they are seeing something they want. And the girl also "joked" about getting married to her uncle when she grows up.
