Keratin Hair extension or fusion hair extensions are her go-to method for hair extensions for many reasons. She talks about the different types of hair extensions like tape-in hair extensions and the benefits of using fusion hair extensions.

We filmed this video right before COVID and have not yet finished filming part two of this hair extensions workshop but we do hope to complete the application video in the near future.

This is really great instruction for a novice seeking to learn about fusion extensions, very informative!
One question I do have though is about this requirement for blow-drying. I can completely understand why it would harm the bond for it to be exposed to moisture for an extended period of time, but I've given up all heat tools because it was just so detrimental to my hair and this is the first time my hair has actually been healthy and able to retain moisture. I just don't think the trade off would be worth undoing that progress, but I've really been wanting to give these a try. Is there any alternative to this issue that would allow me to avoid that particular evil?

Oh, I wish this had better audio! She really seems to know what she's talking about, but I can't hear her! LOL. If you can, please re-do this with better audio. Thanks so much.

Thanks so much for the feed back. She really does know her stuff! I'm not sure what's going on with the audio. We hear it perfectly fine on our end.🤷‍♀️

Try turning on the CLOSED CAPTIONING at the top, Right corner “cc” (tap it) then you can read what is spoken, as it’s spoken.

If she had repeated questions it would be better

“We can mark up the hair and make more off of it.” As if they don’t charge enough to push the shit in. 😂 a This doesn’t require an immense amount of skill to do and they think the deserve lawyer money for an hour and a half. Never again. I install myself now and keep my $400. 🙄

Smh… I’m an extension specialist… every one is different and requires a different installation method dependent on their medical history and lifestyle… and this vídeo is so contradicting lol she said fusions are best for active lifestyles because they won’t slip out like a bead yet fusions are the worst for active lifestyles because also like she said the bond breaks down when left wet or frequently exposed to moisture or humidity. If you’re lifestyle is active whether you work out or whatever you’re going to break the bond down faster and beads are silicone based for that reason. To avoid slippage. Also, having an active lifestyle can cause the keratin to melt due to body temperature or environmental exposure.. which takes me to another topic where I disagree upon the bonds being needed to be thrown away because the arent reusable. rebonding them takes 1-2 seconds and even if you do lose or shed some hair in the process. You can bond 2 strands together and boom you have yourself a full strand. Which is a great way to save your clients because they don’t have to buy all the again maybe half the amount or less depending how many stands were saved at removal. And still the stylist makes money by not scaring off client with costs yet may make up by adding less hair and or a hair treatment…
