haven't seen anything about this on here so I thought I'd upload a clip myself
apparently the reaper's 2 last phases can counter the time stop ability
besides how underrated the reaper glove is, this really makes up for it.
just 10 kills are enough to make you THE REAPER

The hardest is the first 10 , after that you have the speed you need to go ham on everyone.
Unlike kill streak, reaper needs someone with a brain
