I spent New Years Eve parked up at Teignmouth, loved hearing the sea crashing against the pier. Had a curry from Naz Indian in Northumberland Street delivered to my camper!

Went to a Motorhome dealership in Devon yesterday to trade my 2024 motorhome for a nice little (as new) 2023 pop top camper as I've missed the ability to park up easily where I want. So when I pick it up at the end of the month I'm back to parking up a lot easier.
@@nemoscamperadventures7563 I got a burnt Orange Ford Transit Custom based Wildax camper, hasn't even done a thousand miles since brought first in 2023. Try as I might I couldn't get used to driving the Motorhome as it was so frustrating finding places to park up. I did get a fair trade in price for it though
Great video mate, 12min video is perfect to watch any time. Also great to see how you handle such a sorry state of weather and yet turn things into a spot on trip out, 👌 impressive, thankyou for doing them mate your videos are different from the rest but in the right way 👍 😀 😉

You so need a diesel heater this time of year, our T5 has an Eberspacher mounted underneath we set the thermostat at 16*c overnight and it just cuts in and out as required never had a cold night since having it fitted, expensive yes but so worth it.
I know what you mean, would I spend that much again (£1600)or would I go cheaper ? The Eberspacher has been faultless but the planar seems to get very good reviews and they can be mounted underneath, the Chinese ones are OK for internal mounting as the electrics aren’t sealed but the don’t have digital motors so use a bit more power and after a while brushes need changing and fitting kits are cheaply made, so many things to consider !
Glad you had a good Christmas mate. Hey where are you going to go this month? I have a suggestion for you. Go to Porlock campsite. Even Porlock weir. We used to go camping there, both tenting on my motorbike and in the Hymer. Its a nice walk along a path from Sparkhayes campsite to the sea. Lynton and Lynmouth are good places to visit as well.
Love Porlock. My parents live there so I am down quite a lot. Probably 1.5hrs max from WSM too. The Top Ship is the best pub, although the Royal Oak is much better under the new owners. Try Eduardos for the pizza too.
