It's really interesting that they made two English dubs of this show. One for adults and one for kids. It seems that in the kids dub his name was Slade, and he was more reserved. but in this dub he's called Blade and is much less reserved.
so i grew up watching this version on cheez tv in australia. whats the difference between this version and the tekkaman us dub? is the us version uncut and if so is the amount of stuff cut out of teknoman international worth watching tekkaman us instead?
I’ve only was able to watch half the version we got in the USA. From episode one, until we see blade’s sister. Including that idiot military leader brilliant idea to nuke the space ring. And then peguses It was t u til a year ago I learned there’s basically a whole other half where blade starts losing his memory every time he transforms.
I wish an anime studio made a remake of this anime cuz it has such awesome story line, but the animation is sub par by today standards. Somebody like studio bones (responsible for both FMA animes, a.k.a. best anime ever!)
