In order to access the two bolts of the door, I would just need to lift the back end of the fender a little, for that do I really have to completely take the fender off ? And do I really have to remove the bumper as well ?
I can confirm that a complete removal of front bumper cover and complete removal of the fender is unnecessary if all you want is to get to the four bolts and to remove the front door. After this, you will be able to lift the rear end of the fender far enough for you to access the four bolts of the door. You could also remove a single screw to disconnect the front bumper cover from the fender tip. You can access this particular bumper screw from underneath in the wheel well.
