I really hope we see a more IN DEPTH Manager Career Mode (equal to Player Career Mode) with a new Manager Rating System that changes depending on success, failure and experience. A Manager Career Mode where we have more control over our Career from start to finish e.g. Have an Agent; go for interviews, get hired, fired, and express interest in any club we want at any time. A Manager Career Mode where we start as a Rookie with a low Manager Rating (M.R.), or as an experienced Manager already in the game with a higher Manager Rating. THIS would create an entirely NEW EXPERIENCE in EAFC25!!
