maybe try some quick drying glue in arm joint where you snip after you change the arm to join that piece back together after it's on the doll? I've done that once but need a little more practice but the concept worked :)
Love this, it was really helpful! I was mostly looking to learn how the joint is engineered so I can try to copy it for my own doll builds, but this got me thinking. Do you think maybe if you had put the cut-off peg back inside and then shoved the needle through the whole thing, that would’ve made the arm sit a bit tighter? By filling in that empty space, I mean?
Not sure if that would be a doable modification but personally I would first try to cut the joint-less arms at a similar length, puncture them and then connect the bottom half of the articulated arms that come off in a similar fashion to the originally system..
That’s the plan! I’m looking to move within the next 6 months so I might post a little before then but after that time I’m hoping to have regular video again! I really miss it :/ also, thanks for using my princess photo as your icon pic ❤️
if you ever try it with the legs as well id love to see a part 2!

Great video tutorial…trial and error is how we learn…I now going to keep my bid needles…great idea. TY!!!
i hope it works well for you if you attempt!
I recently used this method for changing the arms on a hasbro repunzel doll and it worked perfectly!
I’m so glad to hear ❤️❤️❤️
I wish I knew this earlier😢
This is so helpful, thank you!
Thank you so much!
Can you also make a leg transplant video?
I’ve done one of those so far but I may end up making a video!

Hi! I’m so glad this intrigued you! lol 😆 and yes, after making this video I left the peg on the arm and it definitely helped stabilize!
