i know it is still a theoretical statement but it was kinda confirmed by one of the creators of avatar the last air bender as a secret/forbidden art of earth bending lost in time, but you could also give deku bone bending where he increases the strength of his bones by manipulating the calcium in his bones like toph was in theory doing and would explain why she was so fit for her old age in the legend of kora

Ok I get the Nomu's regeneration being pretty powerful. But *lava?* 🤨His cells would've been *charred!* But seriously though... lava? LAVA?!🧐 I think you made the Nomu a bit too OP here.😕 I'm sorry but, for realsies and in reality, Deku should've won that. 😐
so many damn emojis the nomu fought almight toe to toe so its regeneration is extremely strong and you are talking about reality in a what if about a guy having rock powers in a world where people can shoot explosions off their hands and not have them blow off and shoot giant flames without being burned to death you type like a bot you are dumb and have you done calculations or anything like the heat of the lava deku used and the nomu's regeneration and any outside factors that could change the result this guy is making a story you cant say "no you made it to op this guy should have one" are you the one making a story for ungrateful bastards like you no its this guy
