You guys are doing a great work over there. As an electrician, we run a lot of conduit underground. My recommendation is to drop an extra pipe in there side-by-side just in case you need other kind of wires, low-voltage. You might be able to even hardwire your cameras.
Pete, we still have to run a generator on our one-acre market garden here in Mims, FL (Space coast area). I totally get your excitement at having mains power! We've been doing the generator thing for two years. I'll probably cry the first time we water with main-fed power! Enjoy!
I love how you are able to do permaculture at an industrial scale with the heavy equipment. We need to do permaculture on a mass scale. The only challenge becomes capital investment and scalability. And the way you flatten & level the earth when you put the landscape tarp down, it's fantastic!
Video idea: Differences in propagation between clumping and running bamboo.. I have running bamboo that I love. No idea if I can whack it back as hard as you did and have it succeed..

How do you contain the bamboo? Doesn’t it spread like crazy?
Clumping varieties only grow in diameter and contained, versus "running" varieties that spread underground
