Another excellent feature Microsoft added to Excel is automatic calculations! It doesn’t mean you don’t have to write any formulas anymore, but it can figure out some of them for you, and not only simple ones. If you’re familiar with Flash Fill, you might think of automatic calculations as taking Flash Fill and kicking it up several notches.
As of this recording in December 2023, the feature is available only in the web version of Excel. At some point it will probably be ported over to the desktop versions.

How can i bring excel file to web version and send back to desktop? Can you specify it please, normally i use desktop but when i want to launch web version i am only running the same desktop ms excel, why's that?

When you have the web version running, click the File menu, then choose Open Files from this Device. If you don't see that option, click Open and you should hopefully see it there. To bring a file from the web version back to the desktop, go back to the File menu, choose Save As, then choose Download a Copy. If you don't see any of those options, you might be signed in with a free account, rather than a paid account. With a free account, you have to copy & paste back and forth.
