I don't really understand your question 🤔 Cruisers /Longboards wheels have more bite than classic skateboard wheels, you just have to put wheels adapted to the use you want for your board
I got my question answered when my parts came in. Initially, I wanted to assure I didn’t get significant wheel bite if I got like 72 mm wheels. I heard that maybe cutting/sanding wells into the board for the wheels or adding extra spacers could help with wheel but if it became an issue. That said, my project board doesn’t bite at all.

I have a double kicktail board and the wheel mount holes are at the very tip of board on both sides is this a cruiser board?

How did you prepare the trucks for being spray painted?
I just cleaned and degreased them, I don't use primer, the black spray paint hangs very well on this cheap metal. 😉
