9:30 - thanks for bringing this up. As a designer/publisher, I want folk to buy my games. But I do worry about excessive consumerism, leading us to buy things we end up never using.
I'd love to see more rental/library systems.

Yes, it's a shame that many feel compelled to buy & its a wonder why shrink-wrapped games are sold as they clearly haven't been played. Circumstances could have changed since buying, of course, so that's why it's great there's a way to find a new home for them if the need for cash is greater than the need for a game. Just hope people don't buy in the pursuit of profit though asbthats not what the Bring and Buy is there for in my opinion

Same we only did Friday and Saturday, because train strike in London so we went home early
Great vlog. Agree completely on the bring and buy, there needs to be a better way to manage it and the bag rule is a little odd (empty bags not being allowed in) makes it difficult for people to carry especially those attending on their own.
Yep, even carrying choices around the area whilst you check out the rest of the shelves can be pretty awkward. Hopefully, there will be a few changes next year to just get things working a little smoother for them and all of us visitors.

Eight Minute Empire for ten bucks is not bad at all, but you will enjoy Eight Minute Empire Legends much more when you come across that one. There's more game in there, and of course great artwork. I've recently been bringing it to my game group, and it's been a hit with them.
Oooh we will have to keep an eye open for that one! We played it the other night already and were saying that it is missing that little bit of extra artwork that we have become used to from Red Raven, even though the style of the map is in keeping. Thanks for the heads up 😀

Yep Libby was torn by that decision, there was a suggestion that we should try to get every Star Wars game! But we don't think the Kallax will cope

@Boxed Meeples It looked neat, and maybe, but hard to imagine with so many copies. I know that a few years ago SeaFall was hyped and fell hard, but a few friends I know still loved it. Wonder if this is the same?

@@jamesbrazeal3847 I think so many copies happens when a company sells an end of line game, at a discount, to a store like TK Maxx. So they are available at a fraction of the RRP.
Some give it a go and see, but it seems others just buy in the hope of making a profit
