Havent laughed so hard in a while, thanks for the good laugh. (7:00) When you touch the expensive agate slice and turn it around to the sign that say no touching and then pan the camera around to the sign that says no photos, then cut to a new scene. Life is just hilarious sometimes.
Thanks for watching my friend I thought it was pretty funny too and since it was no harm done and they didn’t yell at me I left it in the video :-)
Wow what a use of primary colors!
thanks for sharing this video!
Greetings from Argentina!👋
Muchas gracias por ver a mi amigo. Realmente lo aprecio. No puedo esperar para ir a Argentina y ver algunas de las piedras preciosas y la minería que están haciendo allí.
Ooh that faceting machine is cool. I think it’s a b&i gemmaker.
You make great videos!
Every time I get super pumped love it!
Heck yea thanks for watching :)
Thanks Dave. Another good video to pass my covid time.

Big thank you
My pleasure my friend anytime many more videos to come
Love seeing all the tools to cut jems. Im new to your channel
Thank you for watching and thank you so much for the subscription I really appreciate it
Another great video! Those jars of jalisco opal look really fun to work with, but i need a bigger show to find those i think. I live in Oregon and most the shows were cancelled this year, although the local club sales are starting again so lots of local material to play with
I totally understand my friend I should’ve bought a couple of jars and offered to sell them to people I think a little bit before Tucson I’m going to ask what everybody needs and I will do shopping for subscribers
@@lapidarydave Thanks for such a great answer. You are a very knowledgeable and clued up guy. Keep up the good work man. Take it easy. Peace
Looked like some sweet deals!
Definitely And when it comes to those machines you could even find them sometimes half the price of the gentleman was charging in this video if you go to Tucson miners co-op
Very interesting....in the beginning , are those figures done in , seed beads ? Wow
They are :) I had a lot of footage chatting about the natives that make them and the type of beads that have half millimeter holes or less but I must have lost the footage or forgot to press record which surprisingly happens very often :(
Hi there do you know the name of the company of the fist tent with the seed bead figures?
Unfortunately I do not :( There are dozens of tents that sell the huichol Indian art And unfortunately this particular this was very busy and I do not have time to grab a card
Silly question, but why are you not allowed to take pictures and videos in some tents?
There’s a few reasons one of the reasons is they don’t want people making videos or spreading posts about how overpriced their product was at any one particular show for instance Denver is a much higher budget show and one can expect 30 to 50% to be added to anything that one bought from Denver instead of Tucson another reason is because if somebody videos it and chat about it they can easily misrepresent the material which makes the company look bad if people are believing with the person making the video or post to seeing another reason is when the material is illegal I have noticed This is sometimes the case when it comes to gold specimens another reason is because the particular product is an original design be at jewelry or a specific stone sculpture carving etc. it’s very easy for foreign companies to copy anything just from looking at it in a video in the case of this particular vendor in this video I think it’s because everything was way too expensive for instants the giant agate slices that cost $15,000 could easily be had for closer to maybe $2500
Probably the most common reason besides not wanting to share the prices to people outside of the show is probably because cameras scare away customers I know this from experience which is why I will never film near a bunch of people at any particular booth if there are people doing shopping
You’re very considerate on this fact I noticed.
Hy Dave how are you can you please give me the name of the company for lapidary I love to buy the tumbler and a cutter

Hello Dave. How can i be an exhibitor in that show.
Whats the cost for how many days.
Or who is the director. ?
Im from puerto vallarta jalisco mexico.
Thanks for the info.
I am not sure how much it cost my friend
Dave, i have checked the website and try to check out some stuffs. But maybe because of international shopping regulation, I find quite complicated for me😂
Imagine being very hard to contact a lot of these vendors sometimes the websites don’t even work and they are old but they do not remove them from their cards or from their banners that advertise their venue anyway thank you so much for watching I really appreciate it
👏👏👍🌹❤️
🥰
Mr Dave you see the prices by yourself and do not show the spectators
