When oil is applied, it forms a layer. So if you want to apply anything after oiling the hair, it is a waste of use. The product will not get absorbed into the scalp since there is an oil layer already. Serum should be applied always on normal clean scalp for better results

It needs to apply daily otherwise result will be slow. You have to use atleast minimum 5 days a week to see the result. Once you achieve the outcome you can decrease the number of days.
Not a doctor or anything but you are still a teenagers who I would recommend you to not use such products you dont need such products to stimulate your hair make some changes in your lifestyle like improving your diet maintaining a healthy weight and exercising daily try eating food like Greens vegetables salad that make a lot of difference rather than depending on oily food incorporating a lot of protein based food in your diet rather than a carbohydrate based food helps alot also try using multivitamin tablets daily because they contain biotin which is very good for your hair try using products such as Amla oil bhringraj but herbal products not tell not work for everyone so so I don't know if it will work for you though in the end these herbal product do not cause you any harm so there is no problem find them in the end I would like to say that you are still a teenager and hair fall is completely natural you just need to take care of yourself and maintain a good diet
Koi bhi product ho. You must use 4 to 6 months, it's like baby ke hair aane mein jitna time lagta hai utna hi bado ka bhi. Infact hairfall hone ke baad grow hone mein years lag sakte hai. Toh 6 months toh dene padenge. Hairfall reduction shayad 3 to 4 months mein dikhe. Bina result ke Tension use karte raho, tab dikhega... Result ka wait karte rahenge toh use karne ka Mann nahi karega.
