His sense of smell is just a trait of his there’s no mystery about it
When you hallucinate to become badass
You don’t really need an explanation for his amazing sense of smell. He was just born with it. Do you need an explanation why someone has really good eyesight or hearing lol? That not really an important thing to harp on tbh. Kakashi was stated in part one to have a sense of smell keener than Kibas for no particular reason
Because his mom is in the same clan as kiba but it’s just a theory but I don’t believe it
