crazy thing is if Marty Reid didn't fuck up and would have said that correctly it would have sounded epic "That hammering... you hear...is the sound of the final nail...in the coffin... on the Chase contenders' hopes... of upsetting .... Jimmie Johnson."
I know im asking randomly but does someone know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost the login password. I love any tips you can offer me.
Y'know? I never realized it, but Rick Allen had a pretty good call of the 2016 Homestead race. "Make room Richard Petty and Dale Earnhardt... Jimmie Johnson wins his 7th NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship" was simple but effective and fit the moment. Jerry Punch's 2009 "Open up the history books" call was also good too. (Worth noting is how there was a great battle for 3rd that was just on the edge of the frame between Kurt Busch and Kevin Harvick in that race. Harvick got Busch by a nose at the line for the position.) Allen Bestwick had the best calls, though, imo.
By punting Larson out of the way in the final corner at Phoenix, costing Gordon the title (remember that JG dominated Homestead that year and pitted in a way that (I feel) deliberately took him out of the race)
Stephen Puglisi i felt so bad for gordon that year. They say rubbin is racin and i understand that making the final 4 was on the line. But at the same time, that move might have just kinda crossed the line. Not really sure, it was just questionable
I feel bad because I get what he was trying to say, by saying that the final nail in the coffin containing the hopes of the other Chase contenders had been pounded in at that point, but it just came out really badly. Plus, he's had had other instances where his words have come out right, like signing off of the 2011 IndyCar World Championship at Las Vegas where Dan Wheldon died in a big multi-car crash, and the sign-off of "People ask me why I say "Until we meet again", and not goodbye. Because goodbye is so final. Goodbye Dan Wheldon", and he was always good at handling tragedy and/or very serious/grave situations well (Larry Pearson and Geoff Bodine's serious and horrifying crashes and Tony Roper's fatal crash come to mind).
Here are the champions 2008-Jimmie Johnson 2009-Jimmie Johnson 2010-Jimmie Johnson 2011-Tony Stewart 2012- Brad Keselowski 2013- Jimmie Johnson 2014- Kevin Harvick 2015-Kyle Busch 2016-Jimmie Johnson We knew it would mostly be Jimmie lol
Jimmie has a Nextel Cup series Championship trophy, a Sprint cup chpionship trophy, now all Jimmie needs is a Monster Energy Cup Series Championship trophy
You talking about JJ? I don't see him winning it this year. He just hasn't had speed all year. Larson could take it if he makes it to Homestead because of how good he is there, he arguably could have won the last three races and finished 15th there in his fourth career start driving a James Finch car.
I think the best dark horse for the championship would be Larson or even Erik Jones. Jones has shown a ton of speed recently. In the last 10 races he has had 1 win, 4 top 5s, 8 top 10s, with a worst finish of 16th at New Hampshire. That team has been quietly putting together better results while the trio of Busch/Harvick/Truex haven't been as dominant as they were earlier in the season. Only way I see JJ getting in is if he points his way into 12, has some good luck at Dega (or wins Dover) to get into 8, and then wins Martinsville.
I grew up watching him tear up the track, and now Chad Knaus is moved to a younger guy, and Lowes is done sponsoring him, I will cherish the good times - a Jimmie Johnson fanboy
This video just proves how influential Tony Stewart's championship in 2011 was. It's clear the playoff format since 2014 is to mock that 2011 chase and for drivers to have to win in the end. It's just that much more exciting than to see someone coast that last race. Otherwise the last 6 champions all wouldn't have won the race. Theoretically they can still lose the race and win the championship as has happened in the lower series but i like the new format for the incentive of winning.
Honestly let’s put it in this. Petty the king of all but GOAT in the past era Dale Sr the intimidator GOAT in the middle Era Jimmie Johnson JJ GOAT of the modern era
pants he did. And he was given a waiver that stated if he got into the top 30 in points and won, he'd be eligible for the Chase. He's not the only one to ever get this waiver. Stewart got it, too.
Remember when Carl Edwards should have won the Championship in 2016 after dominating the late stages of the race, but then cost himself the win by blocking Logano all the way off of the track until he got turned, and then retired in the off season because he can’t handle losing anymore? Because I remember.
In 2012 Bowyer had a genuine shot at the championship and Gordon fucked it. I have nothing but respect for him, but venting frustration on another driver who is the running for the chase is absolutely bull shit
You would be correct especially when it comes to Johnson. He would have only won 3 if I remember correctly and the Busch championship should have never been a thing
Also Gage you cant say he wouldn’t have because now your just talking like a fanboy of someone else if it was the old format sure he would maybe not haves as much but he would still be in the top ten with his stats alone
You mean when there was little to no competition? lol most of Pettys 200 wins came because he had the only team financially capable to field a competitive car. Jimmie has won against much better athletes
That 2016 call by Rick Allen gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. What a call!
Yeah Man...
That Amazing Call, By Rick Allen, From The 2016 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Finale, At Homestead-Miami Speedway, Was EPIC!!!!!
Rick Allen is far from my favorite announcer, but I agree that was an incredible call. Gave me goosebumps hearing it live.
Rick Allen is Always on point with calling the races!!! The best by far!
“that hammering you hear.... is the nail... in the final... coffin... in the Chase contenders’ hopes”
AHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAA!..

Already knew the Marty Reid quote in 2010 was gonna be in here 😂😂😂
D. Denson what he say
Nail of the final coffin
This should just be called JJ's championships lmao
Five out of nine titles, in fact. Stewart, Keselowski, Harvick, and Kyle Busch were the only other champions to be featured.
What In Carnation? I guess so but other drivers are involved, haha
Ikr
As a die hard Jimmie Johnson fan, this was so fun to watch.
Johnson 2009: Thank you so much *cries*
Johnson 2010: WOOOOO YEAAAHHH
I still question to this day how in the world newman ended up finishing 2nd in the points in 2014
Stupid formats...screwed my boy Gordon
By punting Larson out of the way in the final corner at Phoenix, costing Gordon the title (remember that JG dominated Homestead that year and pitted in a way that (I feel) deliberately took him out of the race)
Stephen Puglisi i felt so bad for gordon that year. They say rubbin is racin and i understand that making the final 4 was on the line. But at the same time, that move might have just kinda crossed the line. Not really sure, it was just questionable
He finished second every race. And booted Larson out of the way in the last corner at Phoenix
I feel like the real reason was that pesky tire going down on Bowyer's car right before the last lap at Texas...
Good lord the 2010 call is by far the worst call ever made for any championship
Glad Marty Reid isn't commentating anymore
I feel bad because I get what he was trying to say, by saying that the final nail in the coffin containing the hopes of the other Chase contenders had been pounded in at that point, but it just came out really badly. champions Woodbridge

Or a ganassi car in the top 5
Im drunk as hell bro 💀😂💀
i’d be dead in 2008
Out of all these videos, my favorite is when Jeff won there in 2012 :)
Last Lap of Every NASCAR Nationwide Series Champion (2008-2014)
John Mack soon
Jimmie has a Nextel Cup series Championship trophy, a Sprint cup chpionship trophy, now all Jimmie needs is a Monster Energy Cup Series Championship trophy
Tony had both of those as well as a Winston Cup trophy.
he might win a championship this season, even i think that larson would win.
You talking about JJ? I don't see him winning it this year. He just hasn't had speed all year. Larson could take it if he makes it to Homestead because of how good he is there, he arguably could have won the last three races and finished 15th there in his fourth career start driving a James Finch car.
storybook classic would be him picking hisself up and winning a race each round thats the only way which i pray he can do
I think the best dark horse for the championship would be Larson or even Erik Jones. Jones has shown a ton of speed recently. In the last 10 races he has had 1 win, 4 top 5s, 8 top 10s, with a worst finish of 16th at New Hampshire. This was such a great era, extremely under appreciated by a lot of people
the greatest era. nowadays its complete garbage
I don’t care what anyone says, that last lap call by Rick Allen is my all time favorite call in NASCAR. Ever. I get goosebumps every time I hear it
Tony was my favorite driver by far but damnit WHY did it have to be Carl he beat?
My man jimmie j in most of these. i just wish he would win again
Silas Orta he will. He just needs to learn how to drive in the camaro. Don't give up in JJ
@@BAYSINRACING he would break the record if he does
I grew up watching him tear up the track, and now Chad Knaus is moved to a younger guy, and Lowes is done sponsoring him, I will cherish the good times
- a Jimmie Johnson fanboy
The music at the end brings me back to playing that NASCAR 2004 game on GameCube back in the day lol - had the wheel controller too
I like how he stopped at 2017...
ITS LIKE HE WANTED THIS TO BE A JOHNSON SHOW
Shahzain Rana because he was only doing Sprint Cup champions for this video
For a bit i forgot it wasn't about Jimmie
Inb4 Jimmie wins damn near all of these
I’ve always loved Jimmie Johnson and still do he is awesome

Was Marty Reid high?
Hamlin should have won the title in 2010
The NASCAR Wolf '03 Well He didn’t so there’s that.
He screwed up and Harvick would have won it under the point system Jimmie earned it
HAMLIN always lost a war
@@darrenplamo804 don't even get me started on 2019
Can you do Last Lap of Every NASCAR Series race?
2011 was the best one
Jimmie Jam. GreatestOfAllTime🐐
Not even close kid the greatest all time is Dale Earnhardt and always will be
RC RACER 88
Ah you again
RC RACER 88 not even close kid Jimmie Jam and always will be
Honestly let’s put it in this.
Petty the king of all but GOAT in the past era
Dale Sr the intimidator GOAT in the middle Era
Jimmie Johnson JJ GOAT of the modern era
carl edwards should have won the 2008 2011 and 2016 championships
Actually Harvick would have won the 2016 championship I believe
Harvick would've won 2016
If Hendrick didn’t screw up Harvick’s engine in 2016 he would have won
I feel like Harvick should've won in 2015 too
Declan George wtf are you talking about. He did win it in 2015.
I might be biased, but that 2011 comentary was some of the best we've ever had in NASCAR
Bring The 2004-2013 Chase Format, Back.
Kyle shouldn't deserve 2015
pants exactly
Hek yea he broke his freking leg and misted a bout more than half the seson
He did a great job in 2015.
Wil Bane u know kyle missed lots of races
pants he did. And he was given a waiver that stated if he got into the top 30 in points and won, he'd be eligible for the Chase. He's not the only one to ever get this waiver. Stewart got it, too.
I like how Carl and Tony in 2011
jimmie is basically lewis hamilton
November 17th anyone? When Kyle Busch won just now?
Remember when Carl Edwards should have won the Championship in 2016 after dominating the late stages of the race, but then cost himself the win by blocking Logano all the way off of the track until he got turned, and then retired in the off season because he can’t handle losing anymore? Why is last year’s cut out?
Matthew D'Ercole this is for the Sprint cup. 2017 wasn't sponsored by Sprint
thebigone5395 oh my bad wasn’t paying attention to the title
JJ=G.O.A.T!!🐐🐐🐐🐐 KISS THE RINGS BITCHES 💍💍💍💍💍💍💍
Jimmie Johnson is not even close to Dale sr the greatest all time in nascar history
Just call this All of jimmie Johnson’s championships.
Im still questioning how you can miss half a season and still win the championship
FeelTheBirdie Well I don't know, if so Kyle Larson or Jeff Gordon would of won.
Because Nascar spreads there ass cheeks for Kyle Busch
10:28
Niki Lauda: Am I a joke to you?
I love how jimmie won the most championships here as a jimmie fan
I want the #10 to do a Ricky Rudd tide ride throw back
hockey team Woodbridge
Sickens me that Edwards never got one 😔
larson shouldve won the 15 and 16 race
2012 was so stupid. Keselowski got soo incredibly lucky. He has no business being a "Champion"
Does the winner of the race get a trophy or only the champion
Jimmie come back for #8🤠 get back in the 48 for 8 Mr H should have retired #48 when you retired .Good luck with your own teem.
In 2012 Bowyer had a genuine shot at the championship and Gordon fucked it. I have nothing but respect for him, but venting frustration on another driver who is the running for the chase is absolutely bull shit
Kyle Busch
Where is he
Where’s 2017??
2017 is Monster Energy Cup Series
6 jars of pickles
I bet at least half of those champs wouldn’t be Champs if nascar didn’t have the chase
Zach idk maybe not ill have to relook his season win stats compared to everyone else because that would determine if he would win the champ
You would be correct especially when it comes to Johnson. He would have only won 3 if I remember correctly and the Busch championship should have never been a thing
Jimmie Johnson 7 time cup champion?
So is my favorite driver all time nascar's greatest driver ever Dale Earnhardt
all that champions through chase, playoff bs, the true seven time champ could have been Jeff Gordon. not counting bs system, its 2004, 2007, and 2014.
Diesel Trucker rip gordon honestly he was great
Eh… Five of them are Jimmie Johnson.
Don't you mean seven
2006 and 2007 weren't in the video.
Carl Edwards should have been a champion, but these stupid chase formats fucked him. Probably the real reason why he left NASCAR.
Johnson wouldn't do anything in 70's 80's or 90's when you actually had to drive your car
CSXCupSeries 38 Explain 2006 and 2007 with the Gen 4 which is a 90's car
Gen 4 1995-2007
Uh and also, those guys weren't half the athlete Jimmie Johnson is. And never could have been.
he'd be a 8 time champion with all those garbage drivers driving at the time.
JJ won most of these lol
I’m tried of jimmie
johnson
I’m tried of Kyle Busch.
I'm tired of both you and Kyle Busch.
I’m tired of both Jimmie, Kyle, and all three of you.
I'm tired of Jimmie, Kyle and the all four of you
Where is 2017
Read the title.
Yea I get it stop responding look at the title and crap I get it
Sabrina h harris
U hate Truex jr
No, in 2017 it was called the NASCAR monster energy series not sprint cup dumbass
Read the title.
Ok can we agree nobody cares about the driver's wife? I like seeing the crew celebrate and don't mind seeing the crew chief but why the wife?
Anthony C Because she's a part of the driver's family, of course.
