- You are a convict imprisoned for an unknown crime and have been assigned to this planet by Sentinel Corp to create an Earth like environment in order to have the charges against you dropped. To do this, you must create items using the various minerals on the planet. In the process of developing a biosphere on the planet you will need to find seeds, insect, larvae and fish eggs once the planet is sufficiently covered in plant life.

Nice one. Kudos for starting again. I nearly did, but decided to keep on my last game. However I have seen that I have lost most of one base under the ground and now out of reach, just north of the canyon, and another has been nearly taken over by rocks and trees on the crater island. I’ve also lost numerous tree and flower spreaders - either sunk in the ground or floating up in the air!! Starting again has its benefits!
I really didn't want to start again, but I thought it would be best to experience the actual release from the very beginning. I've been tempted to load back into the original save just to see what's changed from an end game perspective lol
I'm sorry to hear that happened to your world...I know how devestated I was when my "palm tree beach" was ruined with the addition of the ocean....though now that you've mentioned it, I'm concerned I may have lost even more with the map changes 🤣
I think you can rotate the camera around you while you're doing an emote or sitting on a chair or sofa.
Beans and Mushrooms in your first crate? You're blessed; they're normally the last seeds you get. (No, it wasn't a Golden Crate.)
Regular meteors do tend to hit your front door in the 1.0 release.
The stuff at the waterfall is only really useful if you start there or at the meteor crater, it's just too far otherwise.
I tried to rotate while emoting to get a better look at the character model, but I couldn't quite figure out how. I'll have to try it once I unlock the chair or sofa blueprint. I didn't know they added a sitting animation though, that's cool!
The game knew I'd be needing all the help I could get if I hope to survive lol
I didn't think it was an actual golden crate after searching the real one.
I was starting to question what was happening with the meteors because they have been getting really close to hitting me on this go around. I had to actively getting hit by one to earn the achievement on the last game.
Not to spoil anything, but I eventually found out it was a pointless journey 😅
lol that meteor was crazy! Glad to see the series back crazy to see the start again and how baron it looks compared to the work you did on season 1
It almost got me! 😂 I know right? I forgot how different it looked in the beginning and how tedious it was to collect materials...I miss the old set up already lol
