The talismans are brutal and should just be something cool like extra vehicle chances or interesting/rare/discontinued decorations. The whole talisman system is a scam and shouldn't even exist. Every vehicle should gain RP as if it was talismanned already. God forbid players unlock some vehicles sooner and don't have to spend years.

Non WT player here: what's the difference between pulling a vehicle and a talisman? And what happens if you pull a tank/plane/milk truck you already have?
talisman gives extra research bonus to a vehicle you own, but not also an SL bonus which the premium vehicles have both of. Idk about the pulls I don't gamble but I think you get a amount of SL as compensation if you already have the vehicle, definitely no more than a million if even that.

Partnership gives you 10k GE ONCE. You can request premium vehicles, test drives for unresearched tech tree vehicles and event vehicles, an if gaijin is in a good mood, then maybe they give you GE but for most of these videos, the CC bought the GE themselves

mathematically speaking the probability of you getting either a talis man is 3/10 or 33% each time you open a crate. So you need 3000GE to get either a talisman or a new premium.
On the other hand if you want premium only you have a 6/40 or 15% chance to get a premium. meaning you need 10000GE to get a premium vehicle which is not a fair game.
