Very well said the Sanskrit saying "Ek buktham Maha Yogi. Dwe buktham Maha Bogi. Tri buktham Maha Rogi." In kannada we have "Oppathu undavanu Yogi. Yeradu hoothu undavanu bogi. Muru hoothu undavanu rogi. Nalaku hoothu undavannu hothukondu hogi." This means in English " Eating once in a day you could become Yogi (healthy). Eating twice in a day you could become bhogi (bon appetite - enjoy the food). Eating thrice in a day you could become rogi (weak and patient). Eating four times in a day you become obese and difficult to move around with agility and lack of energy in the long run.
