I am an outsider in this area of technology. So, I write only my takeaways. Very detailed talk giving core technical detailing for almost all types of requirements. Any of MLCC or Film capacitors seem to be good. Only deciding factor would be space temp. safety. As a layman's observation, the Corona discharge should be more in case of transformers due to electro magnetic field and heat effects. Though not sure. The resultant current and voltage requirements are altogether different in case of capacitors and teansformers. Circuit divider, resistor in series makes available wide range of applications for Film or MLCC. A very core technical presentation, really. 👏
