Bake the bacon on a cookie sheet with a rack for grease to drip, at 420 for 12 min then flip and put in for another 2-5 min. It's how restaurants do it and I've never looked back 💗
Hey thanks for this tip, I’ve been struggling with my bacon lately. I use an iron skillet for everything , but I think it burns the center of the bacon and leaves the ends too chewy. I might use my Teflon skillet next time and start cold.

I eat the same breakfast everyday too. Eggs and sausage. So yum. You can make bacon in the oven, just line a baking pan with foil, put the bacon on it flat and spaced out and then bake it at 400F for 10 minutes, or 15 if you want it crunchy. No risk of splattering grease AND you can just carefully ball up the foil and throw away with the grease in it and then you don't need to wash the baking pan
