ROTISSERIE PORK SHOULDER ROAST / EMRIL LAGASSEE POWER AIRFRYER 360 / COOK WITH ME

Today I am going to take a stab at my first ever Rotisserie Pork Shoulder Roast. It's the first time I have rotisserie cooked anything and I am going to use my new Emril Lagaassee Power AirFryer 360 since that has a rotisserie function. TODD'S PORK RUB RECIPE:
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1tsp oregano
1/2 tsp hot chili powder (add cayenne if you like spicy)
Combine spices and rub on pork roast.
