Beating MVL is no joke. And the way Arjun did that, just very few people can do it. He is also performing very consistently at these top tournaments, I have no doubts that he's the best Indian chess player at the moment.
One of the most beautiful games I have seen lately. Arjun dominates the game so much. His white knight came from c3 to a4, then to c5 and then to e4. Here he dominated Black's position. White, however, because of his airy position, always had to be careful that the heavy pieces could not penetrate the white position. The game is a great masterstroke.
the nature of Arjun where he never hesitate to initiate a knowledge trades with other GM s is very humble and admirable Hinting his eager to succeed and perfect at the game Only wish for the best for this man
Despite his Bishop in H6 Maxime knew that mate in 4 moves remained possible until he placed his Rook in D8 at 6:00. Arjun remained completely obsessed with the left side of the chessboard
@@toitoine8318 no checkmate, Arjun played the best move Qe4. After Rxg6, fxg6, Qxg6 there is Qg7, Qxh5 and Qh6 protected by bishop. Now white has to exchange.
@@sterbengaming7546 But it's ok 35:QXh6 BXh6 36 Rg6 Bg7 37: Ra7 a4 (other?) 38: Re5 Bh6 39:Rh5 b6 (other?) 40 RXh6 ++ Thank you for your input and thoughts.
It was a stranglehold. Arjun was covering nearly 80 percent of the board. Hardly any moves or break possible for mvl. Great positional play. The ease in which he moved all his pieces from King to queen side was amazing. Super rook placements..
Arjun played 9 2700+ and keymer out of his 13 rounds also scoring 6.5/7 from white, a great performance from him. If he only becomes a little more solid from black he lost 3 games out of 6. He can definitely take the next leap towards 2800. His rating might not reflect but he is definitely top 10 in the world right now. Except magnus he is not quite an underdog against anyone.
This game was really good Arjun just held it down with the pressure! But that lady in the back with the black sweater and cheetah skirt at 15:36 BOY SHE TOOOO THICK!!!
una derrota muy aplastante para Maxime Vachier, con una apertura de aficionado lo superan estrategicamente, una lección para pensar que no es tan dificil llegar a srr un GM.
nice game from erigasi, taking a less orthodox approach that caught out mvl's rather tactic-oriented and so anti-positional approach. the indian rapid and blitz wc results a bit disappointing, but that says how they have raised expectations over the last couple of years; maybe next year

Amazing game by Arjun against one of the best players of this generation 👏🏻
You know it's a great game when everyone is watching it 👏
Arjun could have won sooner Checkmate in 4 moves 5:19 R x G6

Many super strong Indian juniors but I feel like Arjun is the one who has a world champion DNA
Great learner Arjun. Big Kudos.. - Does not care win/lose .
At 3:03, the board was cleaned successfully😂😂

This was a nerve racking game watching , one can only imagine what it was like playing keep up the great work's
MVL plays the Grünfeld even when he can't
Qc7 was a big mistake maybe .. Arjun had an edge and kept onto it .. Solid game and great finish 🔥
Arjun's style is very unique when compare to other young players,, simply he is making ideas on board and applying it successfully ❤️
beating MVL like this is a big deal !
12:48...pressure I feel when invigilator watching what I am writing in the answer sheet in exam hall
Arjun is rising silently.
I wouldve handed out my queen like 10 times 🤣
Mvl is very tricky player .. but this time arjun rocks

Arjun takes down a big knight at the table. Every human has yet to consistently take down King Maggie.
Amazing game by Arjun. It beautiful
Arjun ka chakravev😃
yeah ,🤣🤣.MVL s pieces were pretty useless , just dont know where to move
What is the program that is used in role analysis, please answer

It is just me or anyone else,? whenever I have seen MVL he is lost all the time though he is a great player.

Vidit is finding his supreme touch.
Go arjun 💪
Why didn't Arjun sack on g6? The game should have ended long time ago.
Yea... Maybe there was a counterplay or defence which we may not see
There are surprises in store for India.
Praggnanandha is moving like a wave
Exchanging bishop to knght early .....open the kingside attack for erigaisi

In the end, instead of rook to b7, shouldn't arjun have played pawn to e5 and attack bishop to win king side pawns n open the king
अर्जुन तो फिर अर्जुन है।
Arjun🔥🔥🔥
