In my most comprehensive walk through of a yacht to date I take a look in details at the award winning 60 meter Feadship "Blue Moon".

when you said " wheel chair friendly" i was super excited and surprised that there is such a thing. since i am in a wheelchair
There are many larger yachts with elevators that are wheel chair friendly. The transition between interior and exterior spaces can be tricky.
so now there is not anything stopping you from buying a yacht!

My cousin is the relief captain for Blue Moon and we got to go aboard for a tour back in 2009. Just incredible. My daughter was 10 at the time and is now a yacht broker in Fort Lauderdale because Blue Moon made such an impression on her when she was young. Beautiful video you have here.

@@grondhero He's actually featured Aquaholic in another video. I get the impression they're friendly and that they sit on opposite sides of the spectrum - Aquaholic does smaller boats for the most part, while this guy does mostly superyachts.

I love that the builder and owner of the vessel didn't screw over the crew and their quarters. Very nice arrangements for them.
If you want the best of the best, you better provide the best living quarters for them :)
I'm a very active wheelchair athlete, and though I'll _never_ have the money to vacation on this yacht, I really appreciate the remarkable accessibility. If I ever strike it (very?) rich though, I'll charter this puppy in an instant!

my grandfather owned this boat! lots of amazing memories. he sold it at the end of summer 2021 and i’ll most likely never get to see it again. glad to see this video so i can look at it when i miss the boat
This is probably the best yacht I have ever seen. I would love to see the owners new yacht if he helped design this 👏👏
Years ago my girlfriend and I were down in Savannah, Georgia and one night ended up out at a little dive bar on Tybee Island. The 1st Officer and some of the crew of Blue Moon happened to be there. They were laying over while some maintenance work was being done on the ship (they told us the Captain was from the Savannah area). We ended up partying with them for quite a while, and really enjoyed listening to the stories of their travels. They were a good looking group, and a lot of fun to hang out with. I googled the boat name a few days after and have seen pictures of it and its interior, but nice to finally see a quality video walk-through like this. Beautiful yacht!

Feadship makes me so proud to be Dutch. There is nothing better than Feadship, just the top of the top when it comes to class and style. I especially like their old school Gentlemen's yachts. I ma very happy you spent over 20 minutes covering her, anything shorter would not have done her credit.
Putting personal opinions aside from anyone, this Super yacht is absolutely gorgeous.
You have out done yourself with this video, your presentation of this video, the right amount of time in all spaces, guest and crew alike.

This was the first super yacht I ever saw in person (Montreal in like '09ish). The cruise ship I was on docked across the pier from it, I will never forget it, a truly stunning machine.

I literally said OMG 3 times watching this - the engine room, the galley, and the tank deck!! What a design & what a build!!
This is a dream. One of the most beautiful interiors I have ever seen, not just in decore but in features and layout. I am especially enthused with the attention and space for the crew, as I could not agree more. Nothing would be more important for me as an owner than genuine smiles on the part of the crew, as their mood would infect my own. With this sort of crew attention, getting and keeping the best crew possible would be easy. Absolutely marvellous!
I am a fan of you and Aquaholic so it was fun to see Nick included 😀. I must say that I agree with you on this ship as that is what she is. Stunning and spotless, it is clear that she is well loved. The flexibility of the staterooms means that muliputual families can share in extreme comfort. The space for the crew with the extra card room is proof that staff were at the for when this ship was commissioned. Having the tenders on the deck like this is what clearly gives this extra impressive space for crew. I am surprised that more boats don't have this feature. The people that are lucky enough to get on board are truly lucky.

This superyacht is outstanding in every regard. I think that it has advantages over newer designs that look like apartments inside. And yet, you can certainly forget that you are on a motor yacht when you can't hear the propulsion. Nice One David !
Wheelchair accessibility!!!! Feadship and this owner get it. As do those of us with partners who have been wheelchair bound from MS for 15 years.,
This is undervalued by nearly all boats and yachts I've seen so far, they aren't even well designed to walk around with an injured leg when you hurt yourself by jumping into the water
(About injured crew members I don't want to talk as this seems to be never considered in any way)
Really love the wood in this - it evokes the great Yachts of yesteryear in the 30's - such well done interior design.
Bravo! I have looked at hundreds upon hundreds of yachts and layouts, and this is the first yacht, since seeing E&E years ago, where the owner clearly had a thought for his hard working crew. Thank you for the all-inclusive tour, she is beautiful inside and you did a great job of showing her off (as usual LOL)!

The best Super Yacht ever! Thank you David for an amazing tour, including a solid gym session! Those pretty tenders in that location are a bonus too. The lucky new owner will be totally over the moon! Crew too.

Pretty incredible. Makes you wonder how long she can stay at sea with so much food storage aboard. Wow! A tiny bit dated, but I really like the older style wood personally. I think if I did own her I’d never leave except to explore each new port of call. Also, what sweet choices for tenders!! Pure class, as one would expect. Hats off to the owner!
If I did own this. I would keep it as is.
And leave space on the roaster for me and family and also have regular charters
Certainly you could stay at sea far, FAR longer than the scheduled maintenance would allow.

I worked on a 54m yacht some years ago with the boat garages on the main deck. Launching a solid tender in anything of a sea can be a bit tricky with the rolling. The same as having crew tenders on a boat deck behind the bridge. Having the boat garages like this though is really useful for their maintenance by the deck crew or engineers and also for bringing stores onboard.
Beautiful yacht and again another masterpiece of a comprehensive presentation, a joy to watch and wonder. You sir, are the best in the business! Do more.

Nothing beats a well designed Feadship! Always well engineered and crafted but each to an owners design. This is a particularly gorgeous one. A well done video David!

Great start to your trip David. An amazing yacht, then again is this not what Feadship is known for. Like everyone else here, it is nice to see a yacht of this size with the elevator - it makes perfect sense of yacht will be going into charter market as it opens it up to a otherwise overlooked population of charter market. It’s nice to actually seeing the inside of a Feadship and seeing their execution of owners wishes. I love the exterior spaces, shows the craftsmanship of Feadship. It’s going to be hard to top this video.

Was on a fishing boat and saw this beauty heading straight towards us. Never seen anything motor powered that absolutely beautiful and gargantuan. Amazing boat!

Looking at the crew areas and they're as well finished and spacious as other super yacht's guest quarters! There's so much on this yacht, so much flexibility too, that you wonder how it was all fitted in. Yet it doesn't look crammed. And to have such a tender serving the yacht is perfect.
David, of all the yachts I've watched on various channels, this would have to be the most gorgeous one I have ever seen! It is simply magnificent. Exceptional walk through and presentation, Thank You.

Blue Moon is one of the most beautiful yachts I have ever seen. If I was in a position to buy a yacht right now, I would snap it right up. It is especially noteworthy to me for the interior which is an almost perfect match to my own tastes, but also for the attention given to the quality of life for the crew. You really do want the best and happiest crew you can get and Blue Moon would make that a whole lot easier.

Oh my, I almost skipped this video because judging from the exterior I thought that it would be another old boring designed yacht but then I saw the interior. It is so beautiful, elegant and classy it totally blew my mind away. Another prime example that there are ships and then there are Feadships.

Jeez, this seems more like an ocean liner than a pleasure yacht. It seems so much more expansive than even larger yachts. Amazing use of available space and classy as well. 18 crew? Wow!

Pretty cool yacht. BUT.... then I saw the bridge and from the first scene of the bridge I got goosebumps. This is a ship! I love sitting and talking to the captain while he is doing his thing.. Great yacht!

Although this is a large boat but the crew space is very generous. I think I've seen larger boats with less space for crew members. From the well organized tank space, great crew quarter, and even the tender had some great ideas to them. It really shows the owner is someone that pays attention to every details...
Wow just WOW!!!! It has rooms that I never heard of or knew existed on yachts and not just that the Crew Quarters are spacious well beyond 98% of all others. The kitchen is larger then many in NYC. The owner did a great job with the layout and flexibility in the design that many attempt some well and others miserably but even the best of the best almost fail in comparison.
Two Points, Firstly, WOW, what a vessel, This has got to be one off the finest yachts i have ever seen, Secondly, the quality of the tour was amazing, the attention to detail and explanations were fantastic. love this channel, but this video has got to be my favourite on RUclips so far.

When I saw the thumbnail of this boat, I took an instant like to it. I was not disappointed when I saw the video but was totally impressed with the well thought out layout. If I could buy it, I would buy it straight off the video. I would feel tremendous pride as I walked on board for the first after buying and would not change a thing. I do not think I would want a bigger yacht even if I could afford one

I really love that it's wheelchair friendly. I have a lot of friends that can't walk upright anymore. And a few friends in wheelchairs. I have friends that are def. It would be nice to take my friend and her family on a week cruise / fishing trip. Her son is not even 40yo. In a wheelchair because of The U.S. Army. He Didn't even finish bootcamp. The Army screwed his back up for life before he was 33. Blue Moon is a very beautiful yacht. I can see myself traveling all around the world owning it. I love the dark wood throughout the master's corridor. I would love to design and build my own yacht. Put my own colors and ideas. Have the privilege of naming it. I would be happy with owning this yacht.
