This is Elmo Live! From around 2007/08. Elmo comes with a yellow stool, and when Elmo tells his stories he sits down on the stool and bends his right foot. Hopes this helps you. Thats why Elmo bends over, that is his "sit down" mode.
Wow. Impressed! This guy is not what I expect from these sorts of toys, but then again, I'm probably thinking of the recent ones rather than these other ones (I've also never been a plush fan). What is the difference between Boshield and WD40? Are they the same sort of product?
***** WD40 is to me more like a poor mans spray, mind you they will not like me saying that. Boeshield was developed by Boeing to stop corrosion in their pressurised aircraft because of the condensation that happens inside when a plane flies. Boeshield is very difficult to find here in Oz, I used to work in the aircraft industry and thats how I know about it. When you smell Boeshield it reminds you of the smell inside a plane, it is I feel the best product of this type, it commands a very high price.
Oh, this Elmo toy is called Elmo Live, and he's pretty impressive, even by today's standards. The price brand new was only around $70 USD if memory serves, which is a steal. Awesome little guy, even if I've outgrown him. Another toy reviewer, Mike Mozart, did a rather in depth review of Elmo Live back when he was first released, and he thought it was an excellent toy, especially considering the fact he was a toy designer.

My guess is if this toy was new today in Australia it would be a $150 toy if not more. I say this because of it's size and variety of puppet like activities. If I see a great classic toy I think it's worth taking a look because as time goes on the toys are getting less impressive. Thats always food for thought on my channel.
Oh yes I agree, a lot of toys nowadays, especially targeted at younger children, aren't as impressive as this guy is. Needless to say, he sold like hotcakes, just like the simple Tickle Me Elmos that preceded him.

Hey leo u should try to find and do a review on Dance Star mickey he was sold back in 2010 for about $80 I own 4 of them right now check out my channel and search Dance Star Mickey I have one that is modded to connect to the stereo ti make it sound loud since u can control the volume from the stereo :)

He may be bending over because there is a loose wire or a string Which holds him upright or the motor is just too weak to. Hold him up because he does bend a little but not that far so he is probably a little weak

the elmo toy reminds me of the small soldiers characters
this toy is scary because elmo can automatically talk to kids. if I were a kid I would be like holy cow! is gonna kill me!
