I like this case. They are answering questions directly, and seem to have their evidence together. No way to call it right now; we have only heard part of the plaintiff's case, and the defendant needs his chance to present his.
So far the plaintiff has presented a solid case, yes and no answers and explanations when asked. Only problem I see is that she paid $4000 dollars for a 23 year old bus , that was the real crime !

The problem with silicon is the surfaces have to be perfectly clean or it won't stick. It won't stick to rust and as far as an automotive sealant if there's any oil residue there's a good chance it will leak and it doesn't stick well to cork gaskets. He should have used the same industrial urethane that car manufactures use
Unfortunately it won't matter if it has low mileage the fact it's still a certain age means her so called cosmetic problems are going to be ongoing situation! That's a fact of life at that age all could be fixed but tomorrow it could/probably start leaking in a new place that's what happens! That's reality

Shoddy workmanship, is one of the greatest ills, ever. We need stricter guidelines and fines.
Paying a little more for experience and competence would help, too. Instead of just hiring for minimum they can get away with 🤔
