I’ve been struggling with laziness a lot. Im in my last school year and have tons of works and essays to do at the same time because of procrastination. Normally when I comeback home from school I watch something on Netflix will eating but today i just really wanted to watch a video of the world of God and i open youtube and your video appears. I am really glad and grateful. Please pray for me to get disciplined 🤍 I know the power of prayer and im sure that with God i will be disciplined 💞
All glory and praise be to Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Remember in those times of laziness we are called to work our hardest in order to glorify and praise the Lord in every way possible, so by doing so it allows others to be lead to Jesus Christ and become saved, think about it like this if we can’t even handle getting our own homework or just a simple task done, what makes us think we will be able to get God’s task done in our life? Its very important to go the Lord in times of laziness so that he can discipline us, I also deal with laziness as well and every time I sense it I get up and pray and read, which the Lord is able to hear from me and speak to me but always cling onto the Lord in those moments. Ask for forgiveness and live out that forgiveness but love to hear the message for sure may the Lord bless you and your family in Jesus almighty name Amen🙏🏽✝️
If you wanna know what true repentance is, I recommend you to read the book "repentance" from Rick Renner🤗 (check everything with the bible😉 but I think it's 100% correct) and to just spend more time with God, because it is written: "Philippians 2:13 NKJV [13] for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure." And when you then make a clear decision in your thoughts out of God's power that don't has to be accompanied by feelings but can be (-> Rick Renner's book), I believe you will overcome laziness in Jesus!😄 I "repented" at least 100 times from an addiction, but it only was a feeling of remorse -> it didn't work (see Judas the disciple), but when I spent intense time with the Lord (worship everyday, mind renewal on verses, a lot of speaking in tongues), I was able to turn out of his strength from this sin I was capt in for three years, in the moment I made the godly decision.🙌 Be blessed, I'll pray for you😊🌅

I also want to say that at 6:43 , Proverbs 26:15, I've heard a Pastor talk about this verse and I think that that verse can be looked at legitimately and also, like, idk how to describe it, metaphorically, kind of. My point is, that this verse can be read in more than one way! So what the Pastor in short said was: It's about how someone starts something, but can't be bothered to finish it/ just doesn't finish it. Which I think is a very valid way of seeing it too, because I definitely know that there are some things that I started in the past, motivated to do, but stopped after a short while. Not everything we do is sin but yes majority of what is done through man is sin, because we are born with a sinful nature to rebel against God. Think about it like this, for example when we were baby’s and having no knowledge or have seen sin done in front of us, still we were able to do evil, like smacking our bottles off the counter or even hitting one another. This wasn’t modeled to us but through the desires of our flesh we are lead astray from God. This is why we need Jesus Christ and why his death and resurrection saves us. Because without Jesus Christ we are bound for hell because when we are judged by God’s perfect law we have broken it more times than we can count, for example some of the commandments. Do not lie, Do not commit adultery, which Jesus warns us if you looked at a woman lustfully then already you’ve committed adultery with her in your heart. This is why we need Jesus Christ because he took upon Himself being God in the flesh to take our punishment for sin because he was perfect meaning he was the perfect sacrifice for our wrong doings, this shows how loving, graceful and merciful God is with you and me and is why when we put our faith and believe in what Jesus did for us and none of what we did we are saved because it is all what he did nothing of what we did, so through faith which is a deep trust that he is the Truth which He is, we live a life that honors and pleases God out of Love for The Lord because he has Saved us, PUT YOUR FAITH AND TRUST IN JESUS CHRIST 🙏🏽✝️

You are correct that we can’t work for our salvation and what Jesus did for us is what saves us but nowhere in the Bible says that we are saved by faith alone. Ephesians 2:8 says that we are saved by GRACE through FAITH. Grace/the Gospel of grace [death, burial, and resurrection of Christ] is what saved us, that’s why we are to repent and be baptized in Jesus’ Name and we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38) to obey the Gospel. If we are saved by faith alone, where would we put our faith if there is no grace? Grace saves even when no one believes. How? Grace can still save, it can stand alone, even without faith. That’s how powerful God’s grace is. Our faith is not the strength of our salvation. Faith should produce good works [but good works alone won’t get you to heaven]. Brother there's no such verse is faith alone save. What if the people that didn't know Christ? Are they going to hell? How can they have faith if they have no idea that Christ even exist.

Everything we do is a sin.
Not everything we do is sin but yes majority of what is done through man is sin, because we are born with a sinful nature to rebel against God. Think about it like this, for example when we were baby’s and having no knowledge or have seen sin done in front of us, still we were able to do evil, like smacking our bottles off the counter or even hitting one another. This wasn’t modeled to us but through the desires of our flesh we are lead astray from God. This is why we need Jesus Christ and why his death and resurrection saves us. Because without Jesus Christ we are bound for hell because when we are judged by God’s perfect law we have broken it more times than we can count, for example some of the commandments. Do not lie, Do not commit adultery, which Jesus warns us if you looked at a woman lustfully then already you’ve committed adultery with her in your heart. This is why we need Jesus Christ because he took upon Himself being God in the flesh to take our punishment for sin because he was perfect meaning he was the perfect sacrifice for our wrong doings, this shows how loving, graceful and merciful God is with you and me and is why when we put our faith and believe in what Jesus did for us and none of what we did we are saved because it is all what he did nothing of what we did, so through faith which is a deep trust that he is the Truth which He is, we live a life that honors and pleases God out of Love for The Lord because he has Saved us, PUT YOUR FAITH AND TRUST IN JESUS CHRIST 🙏🏽✝️

No its not bad to take a rest, remember that in the context of laziness it’s when we are met with work and decide out of laziness to not do it, that’s what laziness is and procrastination comes from this as we see people leave it for another day and keep pushing it back, it’s a good thing to get rest and after you’ve finished doing the work of the Lord, but remember to always walk in his ways and to honor and glorify and praise him through all you do🙏🏽✝️

Heyy, just wanting to say that we are not saved by faith alone. You are correct that we can’t work for our salvation and what Jesus did for us is what saves us but nowhere in the Bible says that we are saved by faith alone. Ephesians 2:8 says that we are saved by GRACE through FAITH. Grace/the Gospel of grace [death, burial, and resurrection of Christ] is what saved us, that’s why we are to repent and be baptized in Jesus’ Name and we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38) to obey the Gospel. If we are saved by faith alone, where would we put our faith if there is no grace? Grace saves even when no one believes. How? Grace can still save, it can stand alone, even without faith. That’s how powerful God’s grace is. Our faith is not the strength of our salvation. Faith should produce good works [but good works alone won’t get you to heaven]. Everyday you’re blessed by the Lord believe it or not it’s why you wake up the next day, by saying what you said I tell you out of love rethink it because a life separate from God for eternity is not what you want, God doesn’t strike you down either nor will he but he will allow you to walk in your own ways if that’s what you decide because he has given us a free will. All I recommend for you is to read the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John because these are the eyewitnesses and learn of who Jesus Christ is, but I will pray for you

Brother there's no such verse is faith alone save. What if the people that didn't know Christ? Are they going to hell? How can they have faith if they have no idea that Christ even exist.

I do not know but what I do know is that there is many people who did not hear the name of Jesus and they made it. So when it comes to work you have to remember this doesn’t necessarily mean like a job type of work. This could be things like homework, chores etc meaning the effort we put forth in our daily lives is important in our walk with Jesus Christ.
