Bright and beautiful!! You're video made me smile BIG TIME! From the opening...with your face peeping at me from the lower left corner; to your statement "I've got this down to a science"....and then trying to explain it to us; and finally to those gorgeous fabric/vinyl bags. I love spending time with you!
Lovely demo thank you. I bought a Jack A4f. £750. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent. I have a well known machine. 3k. Not a patch on the Jack industrial ❤
Suzie, these are so cheerful and you make everything look so easy! Thanks for the dimensions of the fabric. When you say the back is one inch wider, it looks like it’s 1” all the way around? That roll of vinyl is amazing, especially at the price you purchased it for! You did a good job on the tutorial. 😁❤️

@@suzieqmakes I'm so sorry but you spelt it like you wanted us to get bare(removal of clothes) with you! Not laughing at you. But. Hopefully with you 😆 🤣
@@auntlizzy1308 um I don't actually know but it's very pliable but durable, mines been going for 6 years now (yeah that roll had been going that long 😁)
I have some vinyl and a zipper, I should make another but your way. As you know, I feel about zippers the way you feel about binding. I have no problem with binding and you just zip through those zips!! Excuse the pun. Also, have you ever made one using a candy (sweets) package. I have a Werthers package waiting to be made into a pouch the same way.
@@susanrascone2098 a sweet package sounds great, I don't have them anymore since the pre diabetes scare but that would look amazing, attaching the binding to the vinyl first, I feel, makes the process of stitching the zip on much easier, let me know how you get on ❤️
@@suzieqmakes Bring the sweets into work or give them to the grandkids. I am making a Hunters Star quilt but I think I will take a break from it this weekend and make a pouch!!
Great tutorial! I felt like I was at my Grandma’s house again! She had the same accent as you and I love it. I also would like to know about that clip bag you have there!! Did you make that?
Hello, yes I made the clip bag, its from a pod pattern I found on Pinterest, Im originally from London so I guess your gran was too? Its such a lazy accent that I cant get rid of it!
Where was the roll of vinyl from? I struggle to buy it, always end up getting a shower curtain and end up with loads of waste. I love these project bags
Sorry about that Kathy, I fast forward a lot of youtube videos where I don't want to listen to a lot of chat but when I video I'm usually crafting while chatting so at least you have something to look at? It's been the way Ive done youtube for years so probably won't change, apologies if it's annoying to you
Love it. Stop putting yourself down. You are delightful.
Thanks Gail always nice to have that support 😊
I loved your unscripted way of doing this sewing tutorial. I felt like I was at an aunts house having her teach me. From Middle Tennessee, USA.
Wonderful! Kima, I love the thought that to you I was like having your Auntie over for a chat 😁

It was bonkers wasn't it Marei 😂 I just hope people got something from it in.the end 🙄
@@suzieqmakes of course we got something out of it. We all know how to make vinyl front bags now....at least I now know. You really did make me smile.
Beautiful bags and fabric to brighten up any day.
I think so too Janet, thank you
Очень красиво! Спасибо!!!🎉❤
Very cheery project bags. Easy instructions . Thanks, Sue.
Thanks so much Lyn, did it make sense? 😂 I love making those bags so thought I would share
I have a fear of zips, but I might have a go at your method which looks so much more straight forward! 😊
Once you give it a go it really is easy Helen
Great tutorial Suzie! Loved the colourful fabrics. I love making them too and putting my projects in them. Thank you💕
Excellent Elizabeth, glad to have inspired others with the video, I thought it was a bit garbled but I guess people understood in the end 😂
I followed every thought and knew every step. I enjoyed watching
Phew! I was worried it was garbled, thanks for commenting ❤️
Love these Sue!! The fabric colours are gorgeous ❤
Right up your street Tori 🤣
Love the colors and you did a great job with directions
Thank you so much Rhonda, I confused myself at one point though 😂

Thanks for sharing, I'm not sure what I will get but the big craft show is next week and I will try a few ❤️
Wow colourful and beautifully done ❤❤❤
Thank you so much Marianna 😀
😂 OMG your intro had me in stitches . Great video 😀👍 you made total sense to me. We must be on the same wavelength 🤗
Thank heaven for that Nicola, I really thought it was garbled but people have been able to follow my method 😊
Thank you ❤
Thank you for such an enjoyable tutorial. I often use the excess zipper tape as side grips on the pouch or on an entirely different project. ❤
That's a great idea jess, I might try that on the next one I make, thank you
That’s really cute.
I like your zip & binding methods very much. Will give them a try! 😊
Really easy method and no hassle way of making those pouches! I hope you found it useful, despite my garbled description on how to!
Hi Suzie, love the fabric that you have made your bags in, l have a friend who makes them. They are very useful. Happy stitching 😊
Thanks for commenting, they are great bags
Just found your channel. You made me laugh, peeking your head in from the side, laying on your mat. 😂
Welcome aboard Teri! I'm a bit of a goof at times, can't help it! thanks for joining the channel
Extremely useful bag ❤
They really are multi user bags, and I love making them, bonus!
Brilliant 🎉. I struggle to sew bias binding.
Thank you 😊
Bias binding is my nemesis! I simply can't get it to work properly ever!
Beautiful! ❤️🙏🏼
Thank you!!

Thanks for commenting Martha, yes the backing fabric should be 1" wider all around, sorry I didn't make that clearer 😕
Your skills never cease to amaze me, beautiful work 👌
Thank you so much Maude 😀 that's very kind of you to say ❤️
Love your bright fabric. Thanks for sharing.❤
You are so welcome Julie, it's so grey and rainy here the colours were good therapy!
Its raining in Invercargill N.Z 11oC.
It's very wet and chilly here 😏

What weight is the vinyl?

Love these x
Love those. I made one once with binding and no teflon foot. I used tissue paper between the foot and vinyl then removed it.
Great idea! Doing it this way saves all that faff though

The vinyl was a lucky find many years ago at a carboot I think, I remember I nearly didn't buy it because of the weight but sure am glad I did 😊

Thank you, great project bags, try a fork to get the zipper on the tape, works for me 😊I also hate bias binding 🤪do you use any wadding ?
Great tips Carol, thanks, yes the inside piece of fabric had wadding fused to it to give a nice weight to the pouches

I was very lucky and got it for £5.00 at a car boot about 8 years ago Sylvia, yep I've had it that long and made loads of bags!
