Also, you are not supposed to preload the spring more than 1-2 turns....need a different spring at that point. As springs are linear, you have only adjust sag, and possibly made coil bind an issue, but your rate is still the same.
also EXT rear suspension is often tuned for a certain platform. If the coil comes from a very different suspension kinematic, it probably won't be as good as it should be.

Had to get a few mods for a boost spacing fork, but I just put a 2023 Pike Select 150 and 2023 Deluxe Ultimate on my 2013 Stumpy 29er. The bike rocks! Your bike you have is good enough, unless you are chasing KOMs or racing.

for the oversteering issue, you should try to match the stem length to the fork offset, try to get a stem as close as 44mm if possible

As the owner of a enduro, if you allow me some suggestion.... Starting from the premise that the trails you rode on this video are the kind that you usually ride, the Enduro might be the wrong choice of bike. I would go for a shorter travel more agile ride. You´ll be amazed how much more fun you will have. I usually ride trails that are pretty mellow just like the ones in the video, and for that I ride a 130mm bike the enduro is just not fun.
Agree stumpy evo is rad at this spot, but I only own a Amish bike for bike parks.
I own an ext arma and yes its amazing. However you are supposed to set preload with the bike off the ground and literally just touch the collar to the spring. Not wind on a ton of turns.

@@OtterMTBtech Does a Rolex keep better time than a Seiko? Mabe a little but is it worth the price difference? Here is an idea for your next video, take the stuff you do not like(rockshox) and get them tuned by a professional and see how they feel compared to your over priced pasta suspension.....or pick up a fox38 e bike tuned fork and try it.
Pasta suspension 😆. I got Superdeluxe tuned. biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Trying that type of stuff again soon
