Hi Bernie, yes I was at the symposium! I was a bit drained towards the end of the day, flew over from Ireland early that morning, so I missed the chance to thank you for the excellent organization and MCing of the event. I found the presentations really useful and it was great to meet some Jester sailors and hear of people's plans. I'm pretty sure I didn't have spare batteries for the VHF in the grab bag but that's a great idea.
