I lost my wife who was only 28yrs of age when diagnosed. She sadly passed away just short of her 33rd birthday. Our son Jacob only 18mths old when she passed. Pulmonary Fibrosis is a cruel disease and the lack of awareness is sadly astonishing. Please share this lovely tribute and get awareness out there. Help us to help all of them 💜💙
