2:05 when the last flag is being fought for and either side can't capture or defend is the most intense moments you will ever experience in a beautiful game like this to be really honest with you all
Kevin J Flores my favorite part is when it’s contested for so long the song repeats that segment of the theme until the round is over, it has only happened to me 3 times in my career and I love it
Watching the objective counter go up and down with the intense music, both sides knowing that it's all down to this and every move they make is crucial to the game. So beautiful.
@Ezekiel Gibbon Same thing happened to me in Operations on ballroom blitz. The team we were going up against loved to flank us and capture another point. So, it was the last battalion, both of our teams were at the last point, no one flanking, everyone was contracted on taking the point and the theme was playing for so long, about 4 minutes, it was INTENSE. Watching the point go up but then back down, then stay there for a bit, then go back up and hearing your teammates dying in the process, gas being thrown everywhere and explosions is like "Come on come on, we're so close just push!". Funny how one guy started charging into the middle of the point so everyone else saw him and said "Fuck it" so we all rushed the point, charging at the enemy and won.
2:52 "In the two weeks since the start of Kaisershlacht, the German army had suffered 250000 casualties, including many of its elite stormtroopers, without achieving the decisive victory it needed. The Allies had also lost thousands of men, so were relying on the arriving US forces to conquer one last piece of hell."
200 more tickets for the enemy. Amiens. Every sector except the last taken. We (the British) we’re all defending B while this played near the end. Very tense.
With Germany now controlling the vital railway hub of Amiens, the Allied Armies in France would have been divided, and if Paris were to fall, the surrender of France would likely follow. In this situation Britain would have no choice but to seek a truce while they planned their new strategy. This speculative situation would surely impact the outcome of the war.
You dont know panic untill you have played war pigeons and this theme comes on near the end of round and your the one with the pigeon with the note almost written .
2:05 When you're on the final objective in Operations and you're with your team trying to attack/defend at all costs, watching the objective counter go up and down from the back and forth fighting knowing it's all down to this. The attackers have zero ticks but the game keeps going until the final objective is secured. Suddenly a bomber wipes out 6 of your teammates and you're left standing, luckily as a medic. You realize you're losing the objective rapidly and start reviving everyone in sight with the knowledge that you may have just saved the game or gave it a few more seconds to carry on, the objective counter then halts and starts going up and down again for a few more moments until a decision is made. Never experienced such epicness and intensity in a video game.

That's just awesome. I'm not a teacher, but I could totally think of the amusement of saying "you guys have by the end of the tune to turn in your tests. How long is it you ask? Oh, you'll know when you're running out of time. Trust me."
Imagine this song started playing 5 minutes before any real life deadline. Like you are doing a test or have to turn in an assignment, and 5 minutes before this is due this starts playing.
2:05 You’re defending the last sector, it’s a battle to the last drop of blood, only five attackers remain and the bomb has been defused so many times it takes only 1 second to explode if in place. You ended all your ammunition but you see someone working at the objective, you run to the last bit of energy as you see a player in front of the radio station, he’s turned and doesn’t see you, but he’s almost done, so you grab your axe and run, one meter to him, one pixel to the end of the round. You press R2 and kill him, your team has arrived, but the enemies are so close to victory that they start charging with their bayonets in your direction as you try desperately to defuse the bomb. While your team is firing at them, suddenly someone stabs you in the chest and starts to work at the objective again, he’s again close, very very close AND... The round ends... VICTORY

I love how it does its job as both a victory or failure theme depending on what team you're on. Losing and you hear this, its a cry to push harder. Winning? It's the theme of victory. A tie? Fight like hell.
Gives me goosebumps and never fails to thrill when this starts playing and both teams are dead even on tickets and flags, both fighting on the middle point, trying to both stay alive and kill the other. Then you and your squad makes a desperate push and win the round by the skin of your teeth.
1:39 POV: enemies are starting to push on A , they’ve captured b,c, d, and e. Friendly sides points are at 990, opposing sides points are 953. If they take and hold A, the enemies might win.
