What truly hideous weather, still it sounds like you're used to it by now. I felt distinctly uneasy watching your discomfort. I was surprised how many bikes had made the effort. That's Yorkshiremen for you! The Laverda stood out as a bike from my teens. A Norton Commando, Triumph Trident and Suzuki GT550 would have made the perfect quartet. Hope you got some grub ahead of the doubtless wet ride home.
I'm pretty used to the weather now, though the helmet did take a few days to dry out, which wasn't very pleasant! Some very nice machines there. I had a hot cuppa. I think Graham may have had a slice of cake too.
Re. Pinlock, i think that certain visors/helmets they just don't work. Its the visor I think. For example I have an HJC RPHA helmet that cost £300, ive tried 3 pinlocks, fitted at different shops and 2 new visors and none have worked. Contrast that with an Aria where the pinlock works fantastically.
Similar experience here. All of my previous helmets have worked really well (one after a slight adjustment). I just don't seem to be able to get a good fit on this one.
Evening Richard 😊 not many bikes but a great selection 👍 see you soon hopefully 😊
There were some very nice ones. 🙂
I used to have a 400/4 in that colour 1980ish. Loved it.
I would still really like one as a project.
@ Can’t argue against that, but one old Honda is enough for me! lol.

Some brave soles at that event.
And wet ones! 😀
That was a very soggy one 😀
Looked like some veriety there
Some nice bikes. Some never got out from under a tarpaulin so still not sure what they were!
That chopper was bonkers
It must be annoying trying to get out of T junctions between buildings 😀
@CalmBiker just a bit

Riding with Graham would drive me up the wall..
He's a good friend 🙂

Bet Graham loved you for taking him down this lane (9 mins) on his NT1100 😊 but he will be fine now
He may have mentioned it at the end. Something about "the worst lane he's ever ridden". I think he was pleased of the experience! 😀
