Allah said the Prophet Ibrahim's story should be remembered and recited. He said the Prophet Ibrahim was a trustworthy man and his heart was full of servitude and very pure. He was one of the best messengers. Was devoted to worshipping Allah alone and no one else. Even though Prophet Ibrahim was commanded to do difficult tasks, he did them anyway without issue. Allah also named the religion: The Religion of Ibrahim in Prophet Ibrahim's honor. Prophet Ibrahim was humble when making dua and never demanded anything.
Allah’s praise for Prophet Ibrahim. Allah praises Prophet Ibrahim in many places in the Quran. For example, He praised him in Surah Ibrahim, Ali Imran, and Isra. Allah says that he should be remembered, and his stories should be recited. Allah also called him a Siddique (truthful), he is also chosen. Prophet Ibrahim’s heart was described as sound & certitude (sure of truth). He was also called an Ummah (nation), a Qaanit (devoted), Haneef (who believes in monotheism). Allah also says that he was free from shirk and he was a Shakir (grateful for what Allah bestowed him with). He was guided to the straight path and was granted good things in this life and he will be amongst the righteous in the hereafter. Allah mentions him as a Khaleel (a close friend of Allah). He was given Rushd (guidance). Allah also refutes those who go against him. Allah says anybody who turns away from Ibrahim's religion is foolish. Allah says many times in the Quran Millati Ibrahim (Islam). When He says Millati Ibrahim we might think that the religion was made by Prophet Ibrahim, but indeed it is Allah's religion. Allah calls it Millati Ibrahim to honor his beloved Prophet.
Thank you for the information and educating us in Islam. May Allah bless all.
