A simpler and easier way to do this is. Change whatever your Switch Mode/Edit to Just Edit. Then use your Bind for Squad Comms to Switch Mode. Then go to edit controls and set edit as confirm
I think I know why the video was long because the longer you wach the video the bigger the chance to get his channel recommended in your RUclips recommendation

bruh the real secret is just practice your edits and find a good edit bind, i use ∆ to edit R2 to select and L2 to confirm, and i play claw so just practice, you cant do quadruple edits with that or any retake
If u wanna know how to edit fast on controller keep edit on release off hit your edit bind, your select bind and then your confirm bind it’s faster then edit on release (single tile)
