    I’ve done bacon wrapped, seared and raw scallops in the kitchen. Never thought of something like this. Looks bomb and a must try.

    YESSS! I love it! Scallops are always a treat, and we don't ever have it enough at my place. Pork rinds as bread crumbs is a neat trick!

    Great looking scallops and with a beef rib you all had a great day of food.
    Only concern I have is 2 open bottles of wine. 1 white to start and then a full bodied red 2nd. But as there was 2 hour wait for beef. We Can Do It
