I think I will skip the red pepper tip tho. I seen somewhere Epsom salts may help when using it to soak in after first applying ice to the bruises for 2 days. Then start soaking in the Epsom salts. I'm diabetic and bruises and cuts heal slow with me usually.
If your bruise is red and has blood accumulated, take a sterile needle or pin, puncture it and let the blood run out. Pains will disappear and healing occurs immediately ..I did this on toes, fingers, legs or anywhere where I get hit and blood accommodates...this avoid black/blue blood
I dropped a metal can of disinfectant spray on my foot it hurts so bad, I was in a lot of pain felt nausea and like I was going to pass out my big toe area is bruised. That'swhat I didn't do when I should have done this cat putting ice on there but I'll make sure I'll do it today and I'm going to try to cayenne pepper as well
