for one year, epson service center ay hindi nakasolve ng issue na yan sa printer ko. Sabi Nila, kokontakin pa dw nila ang mismong epson kasi ngayon lang dw sila nakaencounter ng error na ganyan. I ve sucessfully restored default copy settings and the message still appears. Any advices?

May tinangal tas binalik walang nangyari. buti na lang hinayaan ko yung unang video na matapos then ng auto play etong tutuorial mo. Para akong nabunutan ng tinik sa puso. wheeew! Thats was easy! sir, ilang ulit ko na po reniset factory default settings (scan at copy)printer namin pero ganon parin po. renirestart ko din every after reset pero di padin nakaka copy gamit ADF. yan po yung lumalas "place the original to the scanner glass" kahit nadedetect naman na adf

update: ok na sir, yung sa settings lang pala ng copy hindi naka letter tsaka plain paper

Open nyo yung feeder sa taas tingnan nyo sa loob baka may na stuck sa loob

hello po.Patulong po. yung printer nmin nagkaganyan din, taz sinunod ko lahat sa vid. nawala na yung error(place the orignal...) kaso pagnilagay ko na yung paper/ipprint, hindi po tumutuloy at gumigilid taz paper jammed nalabas na error, ano kaya dahilan at gagawin para maresolved yung problem? TIA po sa sagot🙏

Bkit po yong printer ko po AP ang lumlabas hnd Adf
Reset Default Settings nyo lang po
ung skin ginawa q n yan ganun parin boss
Try nyo pong e set to default lahat ng settings sir
Sinunod ko po kayo bakit hindi naman bumabalik
Try nyo ulit reset factory default settings
