Been watching your channel for about a year now and I’m so happy for you and excited that you’re expecting another baby!! I had a dream that I had a big baby bump and a tiny foot was sticking out of it and I found out the next day I’m roughly 6 weeks pregnant!! We had been praying for months and months for a second child and it finally happened, me and my husband are taking our 15 month old son to our first scan on Monday, I don’t think he will understand but it will be amazing to have him there. Pray for us that everything goes well 🙏🏻❤️

I’m from Utah and I lived in PA for a few years while I completed my master’s degree in Kutztown (right on the edge of Amish and Mennonite country). I love watching your vlog because it reminds me of how much I loved that area.
Yeah, I can't wear Nike either. New Balance is the only thing that works for me. I love that Evonnie seems to always include Fletcher. And they're so well-behaved.
Fletcher is getting so grown up!...so cute to see him helping load laundry. I love your channel. I love in Northeast Ohio and my area has a huge Amish and Mennonite presence..Im out in rural areas with lots of just farm land.... My favorite little store is a Mennonite store or Amish...honestly im sometimes unsure but i think we have more Amish than Mennonite communities, they are all more conservative horse and buggies and traditional attire. ..we have saw mills....surplus stores...shoe stores...bakeries...tons of little shops all ran by Amish. Its been a great place to live

Pulled pork fries sound amazing!! My OB made me have another ultrasound when I was pregnant with my daughter because I lost weight and was supposed to be gaining weight. Everything was fine! I’m glad everything was fine at yours! That store looked so cute!
My firstborn had IUGR and I'm so thankful for modern medicine and ultrasounds to help us out! You are a wonderful mom and this baby is so blessed to have you taking such good care of them! 🧡

We homeschooled for 22 years (had some gaps between kids). I miss the new school year, getting everything ready. Ken’s store reminded me of the Mennonite vendors I always shopped from at homeschool conventions. Loved them and also Rainbow Resource!

Don’t worry about it! I have seen pictures of my mom expecting, she had 4 and wore regular clothes until after 6 months, even with #4. So I imagine if they measured moms like they do now she would have been like you. We were all healthy.

We had our daughter Grace with midwives. No hospital or medical workers. It was a complete blessing. Such a beautiful and sacred experience!! We really felt so close to the Lord. The midwives really take care of women. Also please don't worry the Lord will provide!! He knows ALL. He will take care of you and your baby. Proclaim it and speak it out loud! I also hope your OBs take care of you and do not over stress. I feel like they are trained to be like that. But God is super natural and beyond the human experience. Watching you cut up the watermelon reminded me years ago I canned pints of watermelon rinds and gave away at Christmas, everyone loved it…pickled and great for a holiday relish tray. Plus, nice not to throw away all that rind! Great vlog today. 🍉🍉
Yes, Google it…pickle spicy in a good way. Some folks eat in a few days but I think it needs to be canned and sit till the first snow fall, that was my aunts teaching.
Our grandson was only at 1% growth and the ultrasound showed a restriction in the blood flow of the cord . Both prior babies were small and we didn't go through weekly ultrasounds... feel blessed that there are these technologies that lead to healthier babies!

You are glowing with the pregnancy glow. I'm glad that your little Fox is doing fine. Babies have a way of hiding that the doctors sometimes can't feel. I also measure small baby-wise, but look like I'm carrying twins! And then my babies are all born in the 7-8lb range! I loved the school store at the end. I'm starting my second year homeschooling officially and I wish there was a place like that here!

From a runner: Nikes have zero support for your feet.Yes, they have better-looks, but zero support to go with it. Brooks & Hoka’s are both great brand of shoes, and my personal fav brands:) Expensive but worth the support and no-pain!
Have you tried Altras? They are great shoes, right up there with the Brooks and Hokas, but also pricey. It is worth it to take care of yourself, though!
@@ghostlyMostly1 i agree on the ASICS. I have flat feet and my physical therapist told me the best shoes for people with little to no arch is ASICS. I had Brooks and they did not give enough foot support for my me and even the therapist told they were not right for my foot.
Megan love those brooks , for the squeaking from your inserts put a little powder in the shoe itself and shake it around inside that should stop the squeaky ness, may have to reapply every so often. Your looking great!

He and his family have been good family friend of my families for as long as I can remember. Love back to school stuff, even though my daughter isn’t in school yet 😄 I’m 26 weeks pregnant and in a similar situation where another ultrasound has been recommended but not for size, something else. The doctor doesn’t seem concerned but it’s always a little nerve racking. Hoping you have a great third trimester 😊

Brooks were always my go-to when I was working as a nurse. One thing I never skimped on was good footwear. Like you said, you get what you pay for. Stick with the Brooks.
I work in health care as well and I started wearing Brooks last yr and I don't think I will ever go back to Adidas or Nike! Brooks are podiatrist recommended shoes! Love them!
I work in retail, and even though we don't get paid very well, I spend money on my work shoes! Some people walk around all day in $11 shoes and I'm like ..... I wish I could do that without dying.

Oh my I loved ultrasounds! I had high risk pregnancies and was blessed to get to see the baby every week after I hit 24 weeks. I had an issue where my placenta quit working and baby would not have fluid and stop growing somewhere between 32 and 36 weeks. My first baby almost died because the doctor wasn't worried about it. She was 4lbs 2 oz
I have always liked Nike shoes, but you're right,the support doesn't last. I have fallen arches and I do notice that my legs hurt after so many months. I will look into the shoes you mentioned...So glad you and baby are doing well. Praying for you both.🙏 Those loaded fries looked so delicious! 😋

Prayers for you my Sister in Christ. My boys are 11 months apart. Doctors said I probably couldn't get pregnant or carry to full term. Well they were way wrong. Then they said my first was 6-8 weeks early. He was 7lb 5oz . They again said he would be small and sickly. WRONG AGAIN! He is 6ft 4 in and strong as an ox like his brother. God had a different plan than my doctors who did mean well. You will be fine in Gods hands. Excited about your family growing. God bless you all.💪🙏💖🤲
Hoka One One Bondi 7's SAVED MY FOOT!! Self diagnosed here, but I believe I have Morton's toe resulting in a callous on the ball of my foot just below the joint head of the 2nd toe. It never goes away and I used a blade tool to scrape it or it felt like I was walking on a rock...even in my Brooks Ghost. THEN, I tried the Hokas and in two weeks, the callous was GONE!!!
I have that too!!! I actually went to a podiatrist and got diagnosed after so many years of struggling to find comfortable shoes. I will try those Hokas! ❤️
Love this vlog! Happy Birthday, Josh! Also, happy about baby’s normal growth rate. I always measured small...never looked pregnant until about the fifth month....a good thing...fewer stretch marks! I used to always wear brooks but can’t find them now. I have flat feet and one foot I did have fused and I would advise you to never have surgery on your feet unless something breaks! If your feet work, leave them alone!! Having surgery on my foot ruined it and it’s very painful now. I wish I had never done it,
I only drink an iced coffee about 3 times a week and honestly the sugar is probably worse for me than the caffeine. But yes they say to keep it under 300 mil. A day or something like that.
You probably won't see this comment, but I highly recommend looking into barefoot footwear--specifically the brand Vivo Barefoot. "Arch support" and cushioned soles are actually terrible for your feet, knees, and back! When I switched to barefoot shoes, all of my foot pain disappeared! I even run barefoot, and it is amazing how much easier running is that way. I wish that I could get everyone to make the switch because it is so life changing in the best way!
Hey Megan! I’m a nurse and I’ve heard a lot of my healthcare friends say the “so so” tennis shoes from Amazon are really comfortable and they are very inexpensive. Maybe you could try them and see how they work for you!

I had a productive day today. I made my bed (but I broke the headboard, and I didn't apply much pressure to it), I took out my trash, I vacuumed under my computer table, I've got a frozen pizza in the oven. I will take a shower tonight, and finish my dishes.
My menstrual cycle and ultrasound always show different. That made a difference for me when I gave birth. This last time I measured right on up until 39 weeks and then I stayed at that for a few weeks and what would have been two weeks late from the ultrasound ended up being my 40 weeks. Beings they usually induce you. My guess is you aren’t overdue. Although it’s hard to be pregnant extra weeks. I also had a 6 week gape from my menstrual to a ultrasound and she came on the ultrasound date. God made our bodies unique and pregnancy and birth brings that to light😇

I recently purchased a Dutch oven and I’m so excited to try out your bread recipe. I too love audiobooks and was wondering if you knew about Libby? It’s an app you can download on your phone though I’m sure they have a website as well. Anyways, you can get an online library account with your county and then log on to Libby, add your library information, and then you have access to tons and tons of audio and e-read books completely free to borrow! I always just connect my phone to my Bluetooth speaker and play audiobooks while I’m doing chores around the house. I thought I’d share just because I go through so many audio books and this way I don’t have to keep purchasing them and spending money. Anywho, happy to hear that baby is well and already excited to see your next video! 💓
I have two children and both were measuring ahead by a month. Every visit they commented on it and both boys were born at one 8 pounds 35 weeks, 9 pounds 41 weeks. It’s crazy how they can differ from woman to woman
Hi! I love you and your videos... especially the ditl vlogs! I'm glad your baby is doing well. I just wanted to say I'm pregnant with my first and 40 weeks today! I measured 2-3 cm small my whole pregnancy and my midwives say it's normal for my size. And even now I'm still only measuring at 37 cm.

Birkenstock Arizona's saved my feet. I couldn't even walk from plantar fasciitis, and now I can. Complete lifesavers.
Trick to help with squeaky inserts is to sprinkle gold bond powder or baby powder under your inserts!

100%. Shoes are like tires for your feet. You need to invest in a decent pair.

I work in retail, and even though we don't get paid very well, I spend money on my work shoes! Some people walk around all day in $11 shoes and I'm like ..... I wish I could do that without dying.

Hi! I hope you do another video with places to shop in Lancaster again. Your feature of Cocalico Creek was great and I actually visited the store on my yearly trip to the area. My son and daughter in law loved it and bought several pretty things for their new home! If you know of Amish style bulk food stores that would be great to share. I already visit Centerrville Bulk Foods and I love the great buys I find there. Glad your feeling well during your pregnancy!

Oh my I loved ultrasounds! I had high risk pregnancies and was blessed to get to see the baby every week after I hit 24 weeks. I had an issue where my placenta quit working and baby would not have fluid and stop growing somewhere between 32 and 36 weeks. My first baby almost died because the doctor wasn't worried about it. She was 4lbs 2 oz

I have always liked Nike shoes, but you're right,the support doesn't last. I have fallen arches and I do notice that my legs hurt after so many months. I will look into the shoes you mentioned...So glad you and baby are doing well. Praying for you both.🙏

Prayers for you my Sister in Christ. My boys are 11 months apart. Doctors said I probably couldn't get pregnant or carry to full term. Well they were way wrong. Then they said my first was 6-8 weeks early. He was 7lb 5oz . They again said he would be small and sickly. WRONG AGAIN! He is 6ft 4 in and strong as an ox like his brother. God had a different plan than my doctors who did mean well. You will be fine in Gods hands. Excited about your family growing. God bless you all.💪🙏💖🤲

Hoka One One Bondi 7's SAVED MY FOOT!! Self diagnosed here, but I believe I have Morton's toe resulting in a callous on the ball of my foot just below the joint head of the 2nd toe. It never goes away and I used a blade tool to scrape it or it felt like I was walking on a rock...even in my Brooks Ghost.
THEN, I tried the Hokas and in two weeks, the callous was GONE!!!
I have that too!!! I actually went to a podiatrist and got diagnosed after so many years of struggling to find comfortable shoes. I will try those Hokas! ❤️

Love this vlog! Happy Birthday, Josh! Also, happy about baby’s normal growth rate. I always measured small...never looked pregnant until about the fifth month....a good thing...fewer stretch marks! You have a lot going on, with home remodeling, entertaining, and much more and it’s all going smoothly. Your kids are super sweet and well-behaved! And, oh, I love that school supply store! I’ve been retired from teaching for many years but I’ll always love browsing in educational supply stores. Have a great week!

I had to get ultrasounds every two weeks in my last pregnancy since I had high blood pressure. It gave me piece of mind.
I should add it was 28 weeks plus to when I delivered

I used to always wear brooks but can’t find them now. I have flat feet and one foot I did have fused and I would advise you to never have surgery on your feet unless something breaks! If your feet work, leave them alone!! Having surgery on my foot ruined it and it’s very painful now. I wish I had never done it,

I only drink an iced coffee about 3 times a week and honestly the sugar is probably worse for me than the caffeine. But yes they say to keep it under 300 mil. A day or something like that.

You probably won't see this comment, but I highly recommend looking into barefoot footwear--specifically the brand Vivo Barefoot. "Arch support" and cushioned soles are actually terrible for your feet, knees, and back! When I switched to barefoot shoes, all of my foot pain disappeared! I even run barefoot, and it is amazing how much easier running is that way. I wish that I could get everyone to make the switch because it is so life changing in the best way!
Hey Megan! I’m a nurse and I’ve heard a lot of my healthcare friends say the “so so” tennis shoes from Amazon are really comfortable and they are very inexpensive. Maybe you could try them and see how they work for you!

I had a productive day today. I made my bed (but I broke the headboard, and I didn't apply much pressure to it), I took out my trash, I vacuumed under my computer table, I've got a frozen pizza in the oven. I will take a shower tonight, and finish my dishes.

My menstrual cycle and ultrasound always show different. That made a difference for me when I gave birth. This last time I measured right on up until 39 weeks and then I stayed at that for a few weeks and what would have been two weeks late from the ultrasound ended up being my 40 weeks. Beings they usually induce you. My guess is you aren’t overdue. Although it’s hard to be pregnant extra weeks. I also had a 6 week gape from my menstrual to a ultrasound and she came on the ultrasound date. God made our bodies unique and pregnancy and birth brings that to light😇

I too love audiobooks and was wondering if you knew about Libby? It’s an app you can download on your phone though I’m sure they have a website as well. Anyways, you can get an online library account with your county and then log on to Libby, add your library information, and then you have access to tons and tons of audio and e-read books completely free to borrow! I always just connect my phone to my Bluetooth speaker and play audiobooks while I’m doing chores around the house. I thought I’d share just because I go through so many audio books and this way I don’t have to keep purchasing them and spending money.

I have two children and both were measuring ahead by a month. Every visit they commented on it and both boys were born at one 8 pounds 35 weeks, 9 pounds 41 weeks. It’s crazy how they can differ from woman to woman
Hi! I love you and your videos... especially the ditl vlogs! I'm glad your baby is doing well. I just wanted to say I'm pregnant with my first and 40 weeks today! I measured 2-3 cm small my whole pregnancy and my midwives say it's normal for my size. And even now I'm still only measuring at 37 cm.
Put some baby powder in your shoes, above and below the inserts. That should fix the squeaking. :)

Shoes/boots are the one thing I don't mind spending $ on. (When I have it to spend.) I've had back issues the past few years. I had no idea how much having bad or poorly fitting shoes affects your back!
